Our refrigerator compressor went bad and we were assigned Beyer appliances by our home warranty company. It was a pleasure working with them and the technician Tu was really knowledgeable, courteous and took time in answering all questions and finished the job in a timely manner.

I had workers from *** and ***. They were very kind, very professional and very pleasant. They are an asset to their company. Their company should be proud to have workers like them. I had 4 companies before them, they could do nothing. Thanks *** and ***.

I had a wonderful experience with Beyer Appliance Service! They communicated well prior to my appt and I was pleasantly surprised with follow up all. *** was the technician that came to my house to fix my dryer! He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to work with him!

Tu was awesome! So fast and went above and beyond. One of the parts was not covered by warranty so he showed me how to order it and even how to put it on. It may have only taken him 5 extra minutes of help but it meant the world to me! We now have a fully functional fridge that seems brand new &#***;

from Beyer Appliances came out to look at my refrigerator and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He had to order the part and then returned to install. Very quick, efficient and reasonably priced repair. I will be using Beyer for all of my appliance needs in the future and ask for ***!

Beyer is an amazing company. We had our Dryer go out and they were able to find the parts to replace it and got it back up and running like it's new. It's even a lot quieter then it was before. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were and even offered some solutions. They also care about the planet by recycling and fixing what we have vs buying new.

We used Beyer through our Home Warranty when our heating element on our dishwasher stopped working. *** came quickly and finished the job much quicker than I expected. *** was efficient, good at his job, and very professional. He even put our dishwasher back better than it had been installed. Would recommend *** and Beyer Appliance and would use them again.

I just want to say this repair company for the Appliance was absolutely awesome I have dealt with some in the past nothing as good as these people they called me the day of the request the next day they had someone here that gentleman came here early in the morning got it done and just was a professional his name is *** and the company that I'm talking about it so I think it's Buyers appliance I think it's BYR appliance they are awesome thank you so much you guys you guys are awesome

Beyer Appliance does warranty repair for me under my home ,warranty company. I specifically request Beyer because of the consistently good service I receive and Tu did not disappoint. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I felt he worked methodically and with a purpose. He identified several sources of leaking and didn't just stop at the first problem but dug until he found the ultimate source that cause the other two problems. I am confident in his solution and feel he treated me and my property with respect.

Our home warranty company uses this company. We had an awful experience with an appliance that was supposed to be diagnosed. The tech didn't even attampt to fix the issue, as he pointed to a plumbing problem without even looking at the plumbing or the dishwasher. He was there for 5 minutes and left. When we called and talked to the manager she was rude, disrespectful, and defensive stating "we've been in business more than 20 years". I'm not sure how they've been in business that long. They seem to care less about their customers.

Beyer Appliance Service Inc is fantastic! My oven wasn't working so I decided to see if it could be repaired versus purchasing new. My home warranty company scheduled the *** quickly contacted me to setup an appointment. Their tech *** arrived on time & discovered the issue. He showed me what was wrong & had the part ordered. The company kept me informed on the status of the part order without me having to follow-up or ask! What great service! Once the part arrived they quickly scheduled another *** came back & installed it. He took the time to show me his repair work & show that the oven was working great! *** was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable & respectful! I'd definately recommend their services! Nice job, very happy customer!

10/10 experience from start to finish. I was going to be using my home warranty but they gave me a list of companies I could choose between. My first call was to Beyer and *** answered. I explained my situation and she went above and beyond. I would imagine most companies don't LOVE working with home warranties but she made me feel like I was a valued customer. She was prompt, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. She got me a service appointment SAME DAY and we went over the parts I needed (had already had two diagnostics done) to ensure the technician would have them to get the job done in one visit. She was AMAZING. Then, *** showed up to my house early in the service window (I called at 8 am and he was at our house by 11am!). He was clean and professional (sad I even have to mention that but we've definitely had dirty people enter our home). He quickly fixed the issue and then did a check to ensure there were no leaks. He was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. I am so satisfied with my service experience from Beyer and will definitely recommend them in the future.

Beyer came to fix our fridge that was built in, and our home warranty company sent them. They sent only one repair man who wasn't qualified, and because we weren't careful, our side panel got damaged and broke in many places. We talked to their claim department and they said they didn't have enough people, but they wouldn't pay for the repair.

yet. The door handle replacement was done well, but the lack of communication and follow-up on the invoice is frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Got my wash machine back from Beyer Appliance Service Inc on Dec 22. Noticed a big crack that wasn't there before. Emailed home warranty right away. Sent another email on Jan 6. They told me to contact Beyer directly. Forwarded the Dec 22 email to Beyer, but no response. Called Beyer twice and was told a manager would call me back, but they never did. This happened on Jan 6 & 7.

Beyer Appliance got called by One Guard to fix my freezer. They came to my house many times to try to replace it. The guy who came to replace it said, "This is my first time replacing a compressor." When he finished, he said, "Wow, I did that pretty fast for my first time." But the unit still didn't work, and it got worse after he replaced the compressor. When the second company came, they said, "The lines were contaminated because of the prior company." The guy also yelled at my 4-year-old for blowing a whistle, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to fight with a grown man without my husband there. Beyer Appliance still wants to get paid by the home warranty, but they didn't finish the job. They told my husband on the phone that they would talk to the home warranty to get a new unit because they didn't have the resources to fix it.

This company was terrible. Their customer service and technician were awful. I had to go through my home warranty company to get my fridge fixed. I called for an appointment and they came 4 days later. *** arrived, pulled everything out the fridge, used his probes, and declared the compressor needed to be replaced. He never bothered to pull out the fridge. He said the parts would be ordered, it would be fixed, and the warranty company would pay for it. He said it would take 5 to 7 business days to get the parts. This was on May 22nd. On the 7th business day, I called to see the status of the job. At this point, customer service told me, "The parts are on backorder. They should be here in another 2 to 4 days. We will call you for an appointment when they get here." I asked what the parts were, and I was told, "A heater and a gasket." At this point, the check I had written Beyer had yet to clear. Those four business days passed. Now, when I called Beyer, I was told "We can't do it, it is under manufacturers warranty." Except it wasn't because I had bought it from a charity and the sales contract said there was no manufacturers warranty anymore. I said, "What about the parts you ordered?" "oh, we never ordered any parts, that is up to the warranty company. The claim was closed on May 23rd." Now, that is the DAY AFTER my appointment. Now, over two weeks have passed, being led to believe I am waiting for ordered parts. They flat out LIED. Disgusting. That might be bad enough, but there is more... After hassling with the warranty company I finally got my own appliance company to work on it. These guys arrived, told me to not pull anything out of fridge. The pulled the fridge away from wall. In less than 5 minutes, they told me the compressor was working just fine. Instead, there was a freon leak. *** was either scamming me from the start because it was a warranty job or is incompetent.
