Bestpass I stopped using RVTollPass from BestPass in April 2022

I stopped using RVTollPass from BestPass in April 2022. They said they would give me back my 34.09 bucks, but it's been three months now and they keep changing the date. They keep making up excuses and delaying the refund. I should have gotten my money back already, but all they do is promise it's coming soon.
