We were looking to buy our first home and didnt know where to start in this crazy market. My sister-in-law referred us to team *** who works for Hague Partners. They walked us through purchasing our first home together. We were so impressed with how knowledgeable they are. Within a month they found us our dream home. Thank you to Hague Partners for making this journey so easy!

My husband and I sold our condo using Hague Partners and the service was outstanding! We were crunched for time due to another realtor not doing their job and turned to Hague Partners. From the beginning, they were attentive to our needs and got us OVER asking price with our closing terms. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to buying/selling a home. Best I've ever dealt with!

I am writing this review due to we were promised a bidding war that never happen and was told that we would have 1 open house and that it would start the bidding war and it never happen only had two people show and than was inconvenience two times to have someone come look again at the house an never got to the asking price that we wanted had to pull our house off of the market. So everything that was promise to us never happen.so just be very careful it all sounds great but they never follow up.

Sold my home in *** earlier this year. Interviewed a couple of different agents and contacted an iBuyer who advertises here in town (who gave me a lowball offer) but ultimately went with Hague Partners because they were the only ones offering a plan (premarketing and a launch date of showings to drive interest) different than the other agents I interviewed from more traditional firms. I was fortunate to receive 4 offers in the first weekend, 3 of which were at or over asking price. Chose the best one and had it closed 30 days later. Quick and easy. Note: also used Hague Partners to help purchase my next home. High quality representation on the buy side. Good communication throughout the escrow process. Highly recommend.

Wow, where do I even start? Big thank you to Hague Partners and their wonderful agents *** and ***. Before I sold my home in ***, *** I contacted Hague Partners. *** and *** came to my property shared with me their program on selling homes. My family and I were so excited Hague Partners sold our home before even going live on the market. They were able to get me thousands more for my home and it was effortless for me and my family. The service *** and *** provided was unbelievable. We are so thankful and so happy to work with Hague Partners. If you'd like to get thousands more for your home while receiving the best service ever I strongly suggest you go with Hague Partners. Their agents are amazing people.

Disappointing experience. Non of what was promised in “elevator speech” of an agent has been delivered. The day before the showing the agent said he has 4 potential buyers, on the day of the showing there were 3 potential buyers. And only one buyer actually showed up. After this meaningless showing, the agent asked if he could bring people to show the place here and there. Doesn’t it defeat the purpose of 72sold and how they position themselves? The only offer we’ve gotten was $30k less than asked price. Meanwhile, apartments in our complex are being sold just within few days and at a higher prices. It seems to me, despite all glorious reviews, the company is not what they claim to be. Their advertising is misleading and deceptive. They not only wasted our time, but potentially damaged the market value of the property for the future sale.

or Axel of this place has been told not just once but at least 5 times by myself and my husband that we are not interested in their business and they continue to contact us. This is harassment. He just called me 5 minutes ago on my phone asking for my husband at 7:45 pm PST and I asked who it was and then after he revealed who it was I told him to leave us alone or I was going to report him and he replied with a nasty attitude " no you won't you aint going to do [censored]", and I said "yes I will" and as he continued to yell aggressively, "NO YOU WON'T [censored]". To whom it may concern, I'm am the Husband of the above complainant. My past employment I recently retired from the *** as a Captain as well as serving in the Navy (Seal) I feel that I deserve a call from this company's top brass ( 72Sold ) as this was completely out of line!In fact I will make a call to their main office tomorrow 11/11. Negative 5 stars...

We just completed the sale of our Log Cabin in *** using the *** process and it worked flawless. What really made it work was our realtors *** Deny and *** from Hague Partners. We could not be happier with the results and really appreciate the extra mile *** and *** went to make sure our every question and concern were answered with patience and *** Have to say one of the smoothest home transactions we have ever had. From the time we were introduced to *** and *** to the house going under contract was less than two weeks and there were lots of fine details when you are on the side of a hill, have septic system, and dealing with short-term rental logistics. Bottom line, we trusted them with our pride and joy, and they sold it as committed and keeping every promise they made us and more! My wife and I are now big fans of the *** system and even more of *** and ***, and we will be referring them at every opportunity we get!

Words cannot express the appreciation we have for the Hague Team partners *** and his daughter ***. From the moment we met them we knew we made the right decision to sell our home with them. This was so accommodating for us as we didnt have multiple open houses or agents calling to do a showing every day. We have never had such an amazing experience selling a house! 72 hours to get multiple offers and we sold our home for $165,000 over asking price! Both *** and *** Brocisous of Hague Partners in ***, *** are professional, courteous and knowledgeable agents. We received multiple offers on our home within hours of listing. Both agents worked diligently to ensure we made the best deal on our home and the purchase of a new home. We needed a lease back with reasonable terms and *** ensured that we received it with the new owners. *** worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home in the development and area we are interested in living in our retirement. After showing us many, many homes, *** again worked tirelessly, professionally and expertly to ensure we got the home we wanted at a price within our budget. *** spent days researching the development and area in which we wanted to buy, helping us navigate a market where timing was everything. We have never been treated with such courtesy, respect and professionalism in any previous real estate transaction. Both *** and Tifffani will be our go-to agents for any future real estate transactions. We highly recommend both agents and Hague Partners.

Where do i even start? Well, i was really hoping that Hague partners and their employee *** would have been loyal and trustworthy but i find that not to be the case. I had my agent reach out to *** and asked to walk a property he had for sale. He then told our agent we need to submit an offer in writing to walk the property that day and that will negate the bidding war and the open house on the weekend. We went ahead and made a full price offer on the home (without seeing it in person) expecting the agent *** would then let us walk the property. After we sent in the offer, He then ghosted my agent until it was our scheduled time to walk the property and then said " they are not letting us on the property and that the agent now wants a bidding war" Greed is a stinky colon ***, you are not as good at your job as you think you are. The real estate world is small. I hope this helps anyone thinking of ever working with hague or ***. I wouls strongly advise against it as they are not loyal or trustworthy. That poor seller had a full ask deal and the agent refused it. SHEEEESH

My husband and I had contracted to purchase a home out of the area and planned on putting our current home on the market. At the time I was an active RE agent and planned on handling the transaction myself. Unfortunately and unexpectedly I had a family member with an unexpected life threatening medical emergency situation that required all our attention. I did not have time to represent my own home. My friend had used Hague Partners on her transaction and suggested I call them, she expressed she had a stress free, very professional experience with them.. So I called them, explained my situation and they were the answer I needed. The next day 2 of their agents *** met with my husband and I and assured us they would handle everything. (Everything truly meant everything,..). That statement was exactly what I needed at that trying time. They had it under contract immediately and the home never even had to be shown. Not only did they handle all the necessary appointments while the home was going thru the escrow process, they were able to get us a much higher price above our list price. Anything that was needed they handled. *** even offered to come over and pack up the entire home for me, which allowed us to focus on our personal crisis. Once the home was sold and things returned to everyday life, I wanted to be a part of a company that had the integrity and high standards they showed to us. I joined Hague Partners and I am proud to be a part of the most advanced innovative ways the *** Industry performs today. Hague Partners has numerous state of the art training programs that continuously are enhanced and some of the most compassionate agents and management teams I have ever worked with.

My husband and I met with Arnold from Hague Partners. He advised us that the house would be advertised for 10 days prior to the showing and would be placed on the market at an appropriate price the day before the planned showing depending on several factors that would be tracked through the pre-sale algorithm. I asked Arnold several times how the house could be marketed if it were not listed for sale and he said he didn’t know the underlying algorithms (which didn’t really answer my question). He also said the open house would start a bidding war so we didn’t have to ask the price we wanted to get – the bidding war would give us a higher price. We finally asked him if the house would be listed as ‘coming soon’ and he said yes. By listing the house as ‘coming soon’, the price could be changed without being documented in the ***. Our open house was scheduled for September 15. On September 9, Arnold sent us the listing (it had never been advertised as coming soon). When I asked why he said he had to list the house as ‘for sale’ or no one would show up for the open house. We wondered why he lied to us when we asked specifically about the house being listed ‘for sale’ vs. ‘coming soon’. The open house happened on September 15th and there were a few people that showed up. We got a full price offer, although we had wanted a higher dollar amount. Arnold had told us that you start low and the bidding war will get you above where you want to be. I’ve never dealt with selling a home and starting out at a price lower than you hope to get, but he convinced us we could get approximately 8.4% more than the asking price so we didn't need to worry about the starting price. In regards to the full price offer, while Arnold was happy with it, he told me he thought we should get at least $10,000 more but didn't feel comfortable asking the buyer if they wanted to pay more. Everything that was promised didn’t happen and to top it off, Arnold never followed up with us through the escrow process. He didn’t stay in touch with us once we were under contract. He was not present for the home inspection. (We were out of town and the buyer’s agent did not completely lock our house upon completion of the inspection. The garage man door was left unlocked for a full week.) If we hadn’t been personally in touch with the title office, I’m not sure we would have been advised as to when the documents needed to be signed. We will never use 72Sold again or recommend them to any of our friends or acquaintances!

wen we signed up with 72Sold, we got stuck with a really unprofesh and not cool agent named Stacey M. we shoulda seen the signs right from the start, but we missed 'em. things just kept gettin worse and worse, and fast. Ms M was always sayin one thing and then doin the opposite, and she did some shady stuff that really messed up our chances of sellin our house. cuz she didn't do her job right, we wasted a whole month when the market was movin real quick. we lost money cuz of her, and it really sucks.

I tried to work with Hague Partners to sell my house with the ability to stay after closing like they show on TV. The agent who came to my house agreed to list my property's starting value at $285K. But instead, the agent listed it for $280K, which made my home worth $5K less. I think the agents at Hague Partners want to list properties for lower prices so they can sell them quickly and make a fast profit. At that time, I believed my property was worth $295K. Now that Nico *** has listed my home, its value has permanently decreased because they think this is the new price I want for my home. If I hadn't worked with this agent, I could have gotten better offers from OpenDoor and Offerpad. Now, I have to wait several more months for my home value to go back up, if it even does. The listing agent, ***, and *** said they would change the listing from "Temporarily off Market" (***) to "Off Market," but it's still listed as active.

I contacted 72 Sold to sell our house. Hague Partners sent two reps to our house on June 7, 2022. They said they'd market the house, have showings for a day, and get offers the next day. This was good for us 'cause we have dogs and kids. We also needed to stay in the house for 6 months after closing. They agreed, and it was all in the brochure and on their website.

The same week the house went on the market, we had to show it three times. Then they said two interested parties wanted to close in August, so we'd have to move out then. Just eight days after listing, Hague Partners contacted us and said they wanted to lower the price 'cause the market changed. We decided to take our house off the *** 'cause we can't handle the showings and can't move right now. We wrote to them on Friday, June 24, asking to cancel the contract and remove the listing from ***. They've denied our request twice already.

Usually, realtors/brokers cancel a marketing contract if the client isn't happy. In our last message to Hague Partners, we explained again that we're not selling the house now and won't consider any offers. We told them to remove our house from *** right away, and we'll file a complaint with ***.
