Just TBC Air Conditioning is a respected company with a qualified and professional staff. They are reliable and efficient when working in your home or business. I have recommended Just TBC to family, friends and clients, and they are as pleased with the quality of workmanship as I am. The business office is exceptional! You are treated in a friendly manner throughout the process of explaining your issue to setting an appointment time. They follow through after your service and make sure you are completely satisfied with the service performed.

After receiving a highly suspicious estimate from another vendor, I was referred to Just TCB. Devin came out and assessed the system and provided his recommendation with thorough explanations. Drew then came out and took care of this repair and things are working great! Office follow ups and visits were all on time, courteous and professional. Just very, very nice people and a pleasure to have found these folks. I have the utmost respect for business owners that hold this level of integrity and approach to serving customers. I live in Boston but own a 2nd home in the St. Pete area, and Just TCB has been really wonderful to work with especially being so far away. They are accommodating with my renters and recently I did a major job with them (replaced my HVAC system and duct work). They were very professional and could have been a messy job, but they were also conscious to keep everything clean and tidy. I also had an issue with the heat element right after, and they responded right away and took care of the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend this company. Just TCB

The most important thing about Just TBC is I can trust them to do good work and to be honest. I've used their service for very many years. My first experience was when I needed an entire new system for my home. A neighbor referred them to me and I have been using them ever since. They did great work in a timely manner and a fair price. Now that I live in a condo I continue to use their service for my annual check up. I recently asked if it's time for a new system and I got an honest reply "not now, maybe in five years or so." They are honest, dependable, professional.

Just TCB is amazing! My AC wasn't even coming on, and they came out and were wonderful! Drew and Devin were here from Just TCB and they were awesome! It was a quick fix, or so we thought. However, after they left it had some more issues. It was no problem to have them come back out quickly and assess it and found the problem. This time, it was Zachary who came out. He was great also. All of the staff at TCB are friendly, professional, and wonderful - including Jessica who I spoke with when I called the office. They are an honest and reliable company! I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I can't say enough about Just TCB with the quality work involved. For a company to rush over because you have no air is rare and I can't thank Andrew enough for explaining what the problem was. Topping things off they had a unit replaced outside the next day with quality work. Dean you did a fantastic job and I was thinking about calling you back because I'm freezing now, Ha,Ha. Seriously, if you need a great company TCB will suit you way and beyond. Jessica my wife and I would also like to thank you for working so hard to get us a ten year warranty, plus all the returned phone calls.

It is hard today to identify anyone that you can trust to respond quickly, courteously, knowledgeably, and efficiently in resolving A/C problems. Devin and his crew have done that every time I have called for installation, service, or a question. They have never left my home that the issue wasn't addressed and fixed ... with complete satisfaction!

A recent problem, in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, demonstrated their reliable attention to my safety, social distancing and in masks, as well as my comfort in July 90's temperatures, with exceptionally rapid resolution of my A/C issue!

From Jessica's quick response to my need-for-service call to their follow-up and follow through, Just TCB is JUST the BEST! I recommend them highly!

I have been a customer of Just TCB since 2015. My home contractor brought in Devin K. in 2015 when I was renovating an old 1945 home that needed major repairs including all new duct work and a brand new A/C system. I was so impressed by Devin's sense of fairness and found him absolutely trustworthy and such a kind man. Since then, I have relied on his company, Just TCB, to install and maintain all of the a/c systems I have had in the numerous homes and condos I have lived in since then.
It is so challenging to find a company that you can trust to give you advice and guidance that is not biased toward selling you something but rather in your best interest. When you do find one, you stick with them!

Monday, I called TCB to request they check out a problem with our AC unit that happened over the weekend. The phone was answered by a very friendly man who explained their phones were being worked on, he listened to my problem and since I was a current customer, he said he would have a technician out that afternoon. Drew, who had been to our Condo before showed up on time and diagnosed our problem and gave us our options for resolving our problems. I really appreciated everything from my phone call through the diagnosis of our problem. I would highly recommend TCB if you like speaking with a human and not auto answer and if you appreciate the truth and honesty of your technician. Each time I have contacted TCB for service their team has been excellent to work with, today they were again GREAT!

Current system was not sufficiently reducing humidity & interior air seemed dusty. Family working from home 24/7 & now we notice such things ;) Called office. Jessica promptly summarized problem & put us in touch with owner, Devin. Devin came over that evening , provided consult & answered all questions. Within days we had Air Knight cleaning systems ordered, delivered & installed as well as various internal adjustments to our existing systems to correct issues. Drew & Mike handled the entire job with the utmost professionalism & competence. Everything was cleaned up & they spent the time necessary to answer all of our questions & instruct us on proper operation/preventative maintenance. This level of contractor professionalism & customer service is very hard to find. Heartily recommend Just TCB .

I called this afternoon as result of our AC not working. We leave for the weekend tomorrow morning and Jessica got us on the schedule at 2:30 today! Drew, AC Technician was on-time, analyzed the problem and corrected the issue. Since being here last Tuesday, Drew did not charge us for a service call!

When my system stopped working, my friend recommended me to contact Devin at Just TCB. They were more thorough and honest than the other company I used who quoted me over double for the same repair. Although the repair we tried didn't work as anticipated and replacement of part of the system was needed, Devin was very reasonable and explained all options for decision and helped on the pricing since it was an expensive fix. The appointments were prompt and worked with my schedule. Just TCB staff was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in doing the work. Jessica, his office manager was also very kind and easy to reach and work with on the proposal and payments. Although a bad time for me to incur the added expense, they worked with me on a fair discount and even took credit cards without an additional fee which was a plus. I applaud the Just TCB team for taking care of my business to get me back up and running again and would highly recommend their services. Thank you TCB team!

Nothing is worse than having your A/C go out in the dead of a Florida summer, with one exception. Having your A/C go out in the dead of a Florida summer POST COVID 19. There are problems with getting A/C parts and inventory. Many businesses are stressed and financially strained. If those issues aren't a problem, it will take a WEEK just to get an estimate - mean while, the numbers on the thermostat climb higher and higher. It was unbearable, when this happened to us. Fortunately, Just TCB is Just Terrific! They proposed a GREAT system with all of the features we wanted and worked with us on a great deal. Even though they couldn't install a new system immediately, they did everything they could to repair our old system to buy us a little more time while we waited for the install. Within a few days, their team was up in our sweltering hot attic and hours after that we had an AMAZING new system cooling down our home. Thank you, Just TCB! You saved the day and treated us like people.

Thank you, Devin, for being so professional and courteous to my family. 1) Nick did a terrific job trying to get our A/C working and explained everything about our problems of having an old unit. 2) Mike, you did a perfect job installing our new top of the line unit with taking your time to do it right and also explaining every detail that needed to be known. I will also add after the next worker did his check on the system, Mike came by one more time, and we appreciated your enthusiasm for a job well done. 3) Drew came by after a week to fine-tune the new system by explaining the process. We thought we had good air when Mike left, but with this process letting the new unit adjust, Drew left with us practically getting frozen out of the house, meaning the system was now perfect. Thank you to all four of you for bending over backward, especially since we were shocked to have no air when we returned home from a trip. I couldn't have asked for quicker service with professionalism.

Just TCB Air Conditioning is an amazing company! From my first interaction with them when I initially called and spoke with Jessica on the phone to the serviceman, Drew, who came out to my house for the call, everyone is spectacular! Jessica is so nice and friendly and professional and made me feel at ease as of course I was nervous when you are calling because it's August and your AC at home has gone out. Jessica reassured me that someone would be able to come out that same day. Then, Drew, the technician was also great! He kept in touch with me via phone to let me know his ETA. Once he arrived he was friendly, warm, professional, and explained everything to me. He was very thorough with checking any and all things that could be the problem. He was very knowledgeable as well. I will continue to work with TCB as I will need to have my outside unit replaced. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. My work place also uses TCB, so I already knew how good they are. I also have a few friends and my parents who have personally used TCB. Everyone who has used them is so happy with their service, professionalism, kindness, etc. They are all fabulous at TCB!
