The guy who helped us buy our bed was super nice and knew a lot about the stuff they sell. They got our bed to us real fast and were cool about when they dropped it off. He even hooked us up with a better deal on some things.

Davd was super smart and took the time to give us the deets we needed to pick our mattress. We've bought from them before and always been happy with their stuff and how they treat us. Sold me an adjustable base that arrived damaged and not in working order. Sent me to deal with the manufacturer through warranty instead of taking responsibility as the retailer who sold me the product and took my money. *** Terrible experience

I went to Best Sleep to buy a bed but they didn't have the one I wanted. Mr. Gary suggested a Pineridge Model bed, which I agreed to buy. I paid $224 as part payment of the $448. He said it would take five weeks to be ready. After five weeks, I called the store but he wasn't there and there was no update on my order. I left my number for him to call me back but he never did. After six weeks, I called again but he still wasn't there. After seven weeks, I went to the store but he wasn't there and there was no update on my order. Mr. was the only person who could give me any information on my order. It's been eight weeks and I'm out $224 with no resolution. Please help. Thanks.
