Berrada Properties is ruining and spoiling Milwaukee, Wisconsin by causing tenants to have evictions on their record and court record! Berrada Properties be causing mice and rat infestations in good tenants apartments. In 2022, They caused rat infestation on Dalyvette Baez Ramos at her apartment at 3103 West Wells Street, She contacted Berrada Properties about the rat infestation and They did nothing about the rat infestation, She called up WISN 12, They came over to her apartment, She told the news reporter what happened, She did not pay Berrada Properties their rent, They evicted her for non payment of rent, They took her to court, It caused her to get an eviction on her record and court record for 20 years! In 2023, Berrada Properties caused Jimmy Howard to get an eviction on his record and court record for 20 years, because Jimmy had problems with his bathroom toilet at 3010 West Wells Street, He contacted Berrada Properties and told them about his bathroom toilet needs fixing, but Berrada never came and fix his toilet, That's why Jimmy never paid Berrada Properties their rent! In 2023 Sherlonda Carter had had a maggot infestation problem at her apartment at 84th and Capitol Drive, What happened was Sherlonda was taking a shower and maggots came out of her bathroom wall, She called up Berrada Properties and told them about the maggots and They never came over to clean up the apartment, She called up WTMJ 4 and the news reporter came over to my apartment, She told the news reporter what happened and She turned to her friend for money to have the cleaning company clean the apartment above her. The cleaning company came over and cleaned the apartment, After they cleaned the apartment, Berrada Maintenance came over and cleaned the apartment! In July 2023, Sherman Gardens apartment building at [protected] North Sherman Blvd was caught on fire, After the apartment fire, Black tenants belongings were stolen and taken, That is causing the black tenants not to come back to that apartment building when it get's rebuilt!
