The City of Milwaukee and The State of Wisconsin needs to stop Youssef "Joe" Berrada & Berrada Proprties from buying other apartment buildings,Because Black People,Puerto Rican/Mexican People are getting evicted and put out of their apartments in Avenues West/Merrill Park/Concordia West neighborhoods! Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties are screwing and messing people up in their apartment buildings in those Black neighborhoods, Mexican/Puerto Rican people in the Black neighborhoods and Southside Neighborhoods in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! He is using Black,Puerto Rican and Mexican people's rent money to buy houses, fancy cars, F16 jet plane,helicopter and mortage for his big man house mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin.
