Mr. H. came for fall maintenance today. He was super friendly and knew his way around my Rheem equipment like a pro. I always get a quick appointment when I call, which is awesome. Jason and Brandon were amazing! They fixed my outdoor plumbing fixture for my house and explained everything while giving different options based on our budget. They also pointed out another plumbing issue that a nearby plumbing company supposedly fixed. Now, I'll have Premier Comfort Service do my HVAC and plumbing work. This company is not good at all! The people who work there are very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. Every time I tried to make an appointment, they messed it up and sent someone to my house at the wrong time. When the technician finally came, he didn't even count all of my air ducts and tried to charge me more than he should have. He was also really mean and didn't say sorry for his mistake. When I asked him about it, he just left! He was really rough with my vents and even broke one of them. When I told the company about all of this, they didn't care and said they wouldn't come back to my house. Now my AC is leaking water and I don't know what to do. Don't use this company!
