I emailed and contacted them on their website for our move on the 23/24. But, no response. We arranged for 2 trucks and 6 movers, but we only got 2 trucks and 4 movers. They were 45 minutes late. This caused the move to go on until around 9pm. The next morning, we were promised a truck and 3 movers, but we only got 2 movers. Once again, it took longer than expected and cost us more money. The liftgates on both trucks damaged our brand new driveway. The trucks leaked so much that they stained the street, and our neighbors noticed it. The paint got scratched, and the ceiling was hit and scratched while going up the stairs.

My last 2 moves have been with Ben's and I couldn't have been more satisfied! These guys all work hard to make your move effortless. They are on time and their prices are competitive and very reasonable! Great company! Thank you to all of you at Ben's!

An outstandin company that goes above and beyond. We hired them on very short notice to help us move a piano an hour away from them and they not only squeezed us in immediately, but those guys picked that piano up like it was a balloon and hauled/rolled it into our trailer without a scratch. They were all super polite, too. Worth every *** and very impressive. Dont hesitate.

I wanna say a big THANKS to this company! I had another company supposed to do my move yesterday 11/16. They were supposed to be at my house at 9, but at 9:10 they called and cancelled. I called Ben around 9:30 and he had a crew at my door at 2:30. Thank you so much Bobbie, Scott, & Kenneth. I know you had already done a move, but you came into my home with a great attitude and worked like it was your first job of the day. I'm just so happy the other company cancelled because these guys were amazing! THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Unprofesh and made my move sooo stressful. I talked to *** on the phone and booked my move like 2 weeks ahead. He said he'd call the day before to confirm and get paid. When they didn't call, I called and they said they had no record of my move for Saturday morning. *** called me and got all defensive, blaming me for his mistake. He said he was on vacay and could move me on Monday, and if I didn't like it, I could call someone else. I was bawling after that call, couldn't believe how unprofesh and irresponsible this guy was. He did move me on Sunday, but I had everything planned for Saturday. He sent 2 movers and it only took 2 hours for a 1-mile move. I paid what the guy asked, which was the rate on their website. Now *** is threatening to take me to court for a move that he says cost almost $800. The office manager also said I had to pay for travel time, even though their receipt says they serve my area. In my opinion, based on my experience, this biz ain't trustworthy, reliable, or responsible.
