I signed up on March 11, 2023, and registered for 3-day trial, I got billed extra. I want my money refunded and the account cancelled. I want to cancel on the same day.

I have tried to remove the account but it never allows me to complete the process.

I have tried to cancel my subscription, but I have been told to call a number.

SO, I have chatted with a lady from this site, she asked me to send out an email to Bob Martin to ask for a Badge id; , I did this and they asked me to put 350EUR in an account telling me that they will return 300 EUR back after I meet with that girl, I didn t want to meet with that girl because the pictures from the site were not real.

Now they keep telling me that I did not finalize the process, I am keep asking what process, but they do not answer to this question. I have asked to close my account and they are asking me money to close an account?

I have consulted with a lawyer and the police, and this is not the way to do it and this is a SCAM!

I have been trying to Deactivate my Subscription by following the steps provided, and as soon as i get to the third part of the process it takes me back to the search page and does not deactivate my subscription. I want to deactivate my Subscription to the website. 06-03-2023 3:30pm to 5pm

I want to close the contract and I don't receive any email with the closing code, I want to solve this problem now! I don't want my data to be used anymore, I want to close the account, urgently and stop paying because I don't use your site, I want closing it! I didn't receive the code, neither by email nor in spam or anywhere, how can I unsubscribe if I don't receive the code? I want to close and unsubscribe, money was taken from me without approval! I have attempted to contact Be Naughty with no response. This has been raised with my bank who have blocked any future payments being made and have suggested I contact Be Naughty to request a refund.

After paying the fees and becoming a full member the site worked for only about three days. During this time all I found were hookers and scammers either wanted me to pay ahead for their services or pay to watch them on a web cam. I’m not into either. After 3 days it seemed like the site was having problems sending an receiving messages between members. I would get messages from girls, I would respond but time and time again they don’t respond back. I can send messages but they aren’t able to respond. Both of the customer service numbers are in Spanish lol give me a break! I did fill out the online complaint form but no response yet. I’d like to give BENAUGHTY a second chance if they can resolve these issues.

First on the site after you pay it says you need to Activate your account and to click email me activation. Activation never comes even after checking my Spam folder.

The next day I try to login and it will not let me. I select Forgot my password and it does nothing but show I'm not a robot which I check and then it goes to the main BeNaughty home page again.. I receive no emails at all!

I then use the Contact Us link at the very bottom of their site and report complaint about activation email not coming after multiple tries and that Forgot password doesn't do anything either and no emails received.

This is a BIG SCAM!

There were so many fakes and bots on there that it made my head spin! I wonder if they have at least one real woman. Also there is a plethora of con artists to choose from. For a gullible person it can be easy to lose money there. I would give kudos to AdultsFlirt.club

- they were very helpful in many situations when I was desperately horny lol. I must admit they have really hot chicks and you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg to hook them up. Even if they a few genuine accounts on Benaughhty it would be a very time-taking process to come across these women. Also, it’s a very overpriced “service”. I am writing this because I wanted a date. I found a lady julianne.. Then a site admin came in and instructed me I had to pay for safe daters card l left with the girl getting instructions of what to do. From admin from time to time, then I was told I had to pay more money to get mine refund processed. Then there was I had to pay for hotel room for 3 days and when we get to hotel all my money is there for full refund. Then all of a sudden I had to pay out for some modelling contract or I would lose all my money if I didn't pay and no date either till 2g was paid and that's what I got nothing another guy james to help her no he took over and held me at ransom 8 times I paid him all cash transactions as was the same story there was a fault in the system. Not my fault but pay more again, like I said 8 times I called had to pay or I get nothing. I was a wreck didn't know what to do. Then a man came on and said he was the together networks manager stewart and would help me get my money returned. I had to pay 2gfor the cashier to process the refund. Nothing happened for 24hrs no refund. Then on comes stewart saying I have to pay 2700 and that will finalise it.. I was a wreck and confused and out of money. I tried to tell him I have nr money left he told me to borrow it off a mate or family... Kept at me and at me to pay numerous times that kept going at xmas time even I had the worst christmas ever cried most of the time.. Im 71 yrs old now my house in danger.. Biggest mistake I made was want a date..

I signed up for one day to test the site They deducted £1 20 for the day then shortly afterwards they took £23.74.I couldn't access their web site as they didn't recognise my e mail address or password even after resetting it. The seit is useless manned by robots trying to keep you interested to stay a member. should be closed down. I want my £"3.74 back and no further payments taken. Hope you can help

Im choose free 1day in 8.01.2023 and when i want cancel subscription on the same day i cant stop subscription on Web site, because the last step say write e-mail to cancel subscription on [protected]@benaughty.com

I wrote e-mail but they dont stop my subscription and they took more money.

I signed on the dating site benaughty choosing the option fot three days use. But I saw that they are going to charge me repeatedly every month.Now that I saw, that most if not all the profiles are fake, I'd like to cancel it. I would like to stop the automatic payment of my bill for the dating site benaughty but I couldn't find out how to do it exactly. I've been following the steps to cancel the repeat billing and the last step says that I have to call a number. The phone number they are proposing to contact them is not working.

I have this and more unauthorized charges from benaughty and want my refund. I am not using the website, I even cancelled everything without even using it.

On Nov. 19 I signed up for what was to be a 3 day trial for $2.99. I went to cancel the service on the 3rd day, just as I was to do that a popup came up offering me a 30-day subscription for approx. $27 so I thought ok and so I thought that was what I was going to get? I checked my credit card purchases and what I found out I wasn't charged $27 I was charged $36.66 by flirt.com on Nov. 23 and another $15.89 and $37.82 and $37.82 by benaughty. I called benaughty customer service after I had learned of the charges on my account. C.S. told me that I had signed up for flirtandclick.com when I clicked on the popup when I thought that it was benaughty. (I later found out that benaughty, clickandflirt and a few others are owned and managed by the same company), so it's a total rip-off. no worries that they would take all charges off and they offered 7day free. I thanked her for her kind jester and thought the charges had been removed but when I got back on and checked the charges were still there?

I bought a week's subscription off of the site, as I was bored and in the mood. After about 4 days, I realized it's mostly fake, and while fun in the moment, was not worth the charges. As four days is well before my subscription would have run out, I felt justified in cancelling. However, I checked back today to find a monthly subscription charge AFTER I CANCELLED BILLING! I did not upgrade to a monthly plan and I try again and again to cancel what it says I have, but am unable to. I literally cannot afford to be charged again. I need help ASAP

Was overcharged. Signed up for 99 cent one day trial and they ended up charging me $23.31 for a longer trial and I notified them and they're claiming I hit an additional button that gave them the right to overcharge me which I never did. They're getting away with this by claiming I gave them the right to overcharge me and I immediately reported it to them and they refuse to give me my money back and I'm disabled which they were notified also and it hurts me that they are doing this to me and not complying and just paying me back.
