I bought a bed from Beds for Less in manhattan Ks. I paid $2210.60 for a soft, California king split. What was delivered was a firm, used floor model. A twin XL. I called and told them and they said they would deliver the one I ordered. They delivered another floor model, in a soft, but it was 6” too short because it was a twin XL. The original salesperson had assured me that the twin XL was the right size for a split Cali king. It’s not. When I returned this mattress, he said he couldn’t guarantee that I would be able to get the one wi want. So I said I wanted a refund. He said he would have the owner “cut” a check. That was 8/29/22. I called today, 9/7/22 and he said that all he could do was upgrade my bed. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he would talk to the owner and he wouldn’t give me a number for them.

Well, as I can see I am not the one having same problems with this shady company.
Be very careful and don't give them your money.
Whatever you order, this item will never be in stock. This happened to me. This happened to other people who dealt with them. They quickly take your money and then tell you your item is out of stock, but they'll have it soon, you just have to wait, don't be worried. In fact, you will have to wait forever and go through hell to get your money back.
my order hasn't been shipped at all
Don’t purchase beds from www.beds4less.net. I have ordered the bed and mattress for my daughter and it was 3 months ago. I got all details, but I thought that the company has scammed me. They didn’t ship my order and I have lost all attempts to reach these people. I have sent tons of emails, but unfortunately there were no phone details. Really bad situation. So, avoid this company.
So you try to knock a well established company down, all because you couldn't locate their telephone number, which by the way is clear on their website and always answered. hahaha. Who are these lazy people and where do they come from, seriously. I've purchased a few times for my rental properties and never had any issues. If by chance I misplace their telephone number, I certainly won't be shouting SCAM or AVOID from the rooftops. Jeez! This post made me laugh, had to comment.
I have purchased twice from beds4less.net and do not agree with your comments re scammers. They have showrooms in two locations and have been manufacturing beds from their current location for over 20years. They have been online for 5 years and have always had a phone number on their website which is always answered promptly. They have always answered my emails promptly. They have been very helpful to me over the years and I have recommended to many of my family and friends.

I bought bed from the company www.beds4less.net. It was real scam, ‘coz they took money from me and told to wait couple of days, but my order hasn’t been delivered. I sent two emails and the seller told to wait, ‘coz they had some technical problem. It was only blah-blah, ‘coz after that I haven’t received any news and no delivery. I wasted $300 and no idea how to get them back.They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Yes she looks like she is confused with the American beds4less as I have personally visited the showroom in Yorkshire and what a wonderful set of guys, they were so professional and polite, right to the delivery process.
A good honest independent retailer, hope my comments help you make and informed decision on your purchase.
I think this comment must be mistaken for the american company beds4less right? as the one in England, Yorkshire I have dealt with is certainly not a fradulent company. I have purchased on several occasions over the years and have had no issues dealing with them. They have been operating for over 34 years, a very well established company. I'm confused, but I note you write in dollars so this must a mix up.
