I was promised a call back, this did not happen. I have been unable to set up mobile banking.
Such terrible customer service at this branch. I call and no one answers, or the call is answered then they put the phone down.
I will be contacting the CEO to take this further.

With regard to my earlier compliant on Yahoo and MSN winning lottery ticket which is scam. I am the victim of the scam, Pleas etake note and beware of it's present.
