My profile was deleted because I was unable to check in due to an illness
when I tried to get it reinstated I received no response. Then,I tried to open a new profile. I have received several messages telling me I only have one step left to follow and if I will attach pictures and return them to that email address I will be able to open my file but nothing happens when I send the pictures.
I keep getting messages that say respond to this by sending a picture and nothing happens. I would like to reinstate the original profile, Harey7.
