November 27th, 2020 I received email saying i've been opted out of mobile and online banking. I called customer service and was given number to call bbva and was told they will be closing my account and account will be frozen until disputes are finalized. I don't have access to any funds and I was able to use my account without any issues. I always used the account within the guidelines. I'd like all my checking and savings account to be unfrozen
