booked on line for long stay parking sign posted from gatwick traffic circle drove into car park at gate asked to be let in with my booking reference number i was told to press green button for a ticket by the voice at the other end, retreived ticket, parked the vehicle and continued on my travels, on my return went to exit the car park i was asked to enter a credit card, i objected as this booking has been prepaid i was told i had parked in the wrong car park, both being owned by bba gatwick, objected as they should not have let me into that park but told sorry no refund and pay up another £54 for entering and parking in the wrong park, both car parks are called long stay south, pbut plus has been added to the name of the second park both owned and operated by bba gatwick how many travelers does this company abuse and mislead and refuse to refund.
