Baymont Inn & Suites review: Hotel policy / customer service / discrimination

Hello my name is Marissa Moon how come I am writing or making a customer complaint at your Alcovy Road store for not abiding by your stores your your establishment policy which is to return a deposit my family was in room 216 there was no complaints that was no reason for policy for a refund to not be refunded but it wasn't I spoke to Beverly who transferred me to Brandon who is working and and I felt like we were being discriminated upon because he was in the back shaking on duty if that's the kind of employees at your establishment hires in the kind of embarrassing demising discriminatory ways of your employees attitudes towards we as the people then I suggest that the people from Route 6 to 16 who didn't get their refund and I've called and we showed up at 5 to speak with a manager Misha who referred us to nothing else and then Brandon who says he wasn't on duty but you can check your employees log sheets and the cameras matter fact At just want to get to $50 back but if I had to take you guys to court then I will So I suggest doing your part and being fair Or we will slander Beaumont sweets online outside of online and public and tell me what kind of robbers you guys are who do not treat your customers fairly we will write reviews and furthermore it would be an embarrassment 2 you as a company to not abide by your refundable policy So Room 216 Misha Brandon two guys gals who were there who were not there who given us the running around we just wanted $50 Today's what today's Thursday Yep This was yesterday Wednesday August the 4th the room was rented the room was reserved online August 5th we left we were locked out of our to 16 wrong and now we're getting to run around that's discrimination and we will go higher Thank you for your time and thank you for reading this is the corporate office so please contact me.
