BatteriesPlus review: Refund on core

I purchased a motorcycle battery last year but did not have the old core with me at the time. I was told I could bring it in anytime to get the core deposit back. I forgot about it until today when I purchased an auto battery from the same store #310 in Citrus Heights California. They refunded the core for the car battery but refused to give me back the core charge for the motorcycle battery. They said it was already refunded, I asked how, the man just carried it in the store.. He refused and let me walk out. I was already upset as the whole thing was curb side service as I am not healthy and 68 yrs. old.
