I order a cake last week online for a pickup for today Tuesday September 1 I got a call from a Baskin robin employee at 5 am in the morning stating that another employee who does the cakes was not coming in today I asked her aren't the cakes supposedly ready days before she replied no. This is not the first time this has happened to me so unhappy. Location of the store 1955 Durfee Ave South El monte store #357207 Person i spoke to said she was store manager ASHELY
