Barclays US Credit Cards review: JetBlue plus and Barclays US CS Sheeeet Show

The cs phone tree at BArclays US rivals Dantes own circles of hell. It’s by design it must be . I know of 16 others who had a bRclays jet blue card app they didn’t fill out .
I think what happened was the card came I put it in wallet and charged on it issue is online you can’t access 2 accounts w same product . I also think charges made on one card was put on this account doesn’t Matter issue is if call be told. I was paid then get a big late pay better pay now call .
It ended up w a charge off and I found out when filing a student loan app .
It was fine I just paid tuition no loan and I paid the balance I saw the balance when I got turned down for loan . I went back and forth had a helpful person get ke the statement s and likely all mine one hotel and one flight I wasn’t on or in but I paid in full . I was looking to have this deleted it was outstanding I paid it off but it’s kind of evident that you can’t access two accounts and they ebill 2. My mortgage bounced when in hosp bc they would rebill and rebill they closed it when it 60-90 days late . I was in hosp on phone.
Being told it was paid up .
Now they responded they have no calls w all the multiple sets of facts all different I was given not the calls w no balance being reported . They said I knew of situtustioj make gave the account number wo concern in 2024z

I told the guy if they are my charges il pay I paid overnight cert check

Just like before I can’t get proof it’s paid bc I can’t access app bc linked to other account
And they will not delete charge off. Idk maybe I’m wrong but clearly this isn’t normal way it works you don’t get 2 jet blue plus accounts Unless biz and personal it was not

They got full balance all interest I don’t get why they will not go for delete I should have waited till went to collections and dealt w then
I d gotten it upon payment .
I had a issue in 2024 but all the debt I did add on got paid I have zero debt on cc s I paid cash for my car s it ll be fine
However something like this makes me obsessive
I m finding they had issue w this 2?account set up and I had report of investigation evaluated and the records presented of phone calls don’t have whole story
See when they say I’m recording you for whatever I say as am I . They told me I couldn’t do that but they could I n in a one oarty state so I did. Now the response and the totality of the calls with all the back and forth will be available soon.
I think I ll have it deleted eventually
Barclays don’t respond I m sorry it’s not going to be fixed w this alone.

They had a lot of issues in multiple areas Morgage back sec fraud and the investor settlement they just got done w .
I imagine theres a culture that exists through out
I’d stay far away and don’t used credit cards

So my goal is to dig and dig things like this are a culture they have some distributed employee of some old lady they screwed
Maybe I’ll get the thing they hope no one finds
