Myself and my family have been customers of Bank of the West for apporox. 20yrs in the last year we have been treated very poorly. I called them last week to let them know I was hospitalized for the last 3 1/2 weeks and was trying to explain that I'm doing very poorly financially and was told I would be put in collections for bank charges on one acct. a little over 1000.00 and 270.00 for my personal acct. My sister went there today to put money in one of the the accounts and was using my 87 year old fathers a.t. m card for which she has power of atty. over and the are in receipt of it. they took the away from her even thou its a Bank of America a.t. m card and would not give it back to her and this is after knowing my family 20yrs. I feel
that we should receive an apology and return of the a.t. m card. I believe we deserve to be treated with respect not as thou we are strangers.
