Bank Mobile Vibeaccount closure

August of 2016 my identity was hacked and all the money in my account was taken. Thankfully my hometown bank reimbursed me. It is now Oct of 2017 and Bank mobile will still not close the account! I've called countless times, wasted way too much time on the phone with people who cannot speak a complete sentence in English. I had documents sent through USPS that were certified documents and I also paid to have tracking on them. Bank mobile claimed they never got the document but finally spoke to a supervisor who I convinced that the mail had been received by their company because the USPS tracking system said it had been delivered at Bank mobiles address. 2 months later and still no account closure. There is no way Bank mobile is a legit company.
