I dropped Poncho off at Banfield on 1/10/22 @7am for urine test. Banfield associate aggressively tried to get a urine sample which caused Poncho to bite at him. The associate pushed Poncho hard against a table injuring his back. Poncho could barely walk when I observed him. When Poncho was handed to me. He didn't have the courtesy to wipe the feces off. Which is unacceptable. I was told to take Poncho to the 24hrs hospital to get checked out and that Banfield were paying for all expenses. Which I did. Poncho had to stay overnight. Now he back at home healing. Pushing Poncho against a table what bother me. That associate need be FIRED. That would be consider animal cruelty. The next dog might not be so lucky.
Desired outcome: Associate need to be FIRED
