Banana Republic review: Online GAP Order#1LBBS6C not received

Good evening,

My name is Christian Gonzales and I'm contacting you regarding my Banana Republic Factory order # 1LBBS6C
I have not received my order from 3/6/25 and contacted your customer service via chat. I was sent a link to file the claim. I filed the claim was told I would have a response in 2-3 days.the next day I received a reply informing me that you are unable to process a refund Due to TRE and done fraud. I was anxiously awaiting this delivery as it was a purchase for my vacation a pair of linen shorts to try and 2 linen blend maxi dresses in a red and denim color. As I explained to customer service. There is no need for me to state I didn’t receive my pkg if I actually did. As I mentioned to customer service I live on a very high traffic Main Street and I have 4 running bus stops in front of my home and busses passing in general. Also I’m located on a school street, so it’s very high traffic near my home. I just know for sure there was no such package delivered to my home nor received by myself or anyone living in my home or any neighbor that received it .

My order was for 3 items only a total of $204.05, not only they wouldn’t refund me but they first credited my account and then when they denied me reversed the charge and gave me late fee and then another late fee on top of that because I never got the email from gap until I called and found it in my spam folder.
I don't understand why you are unable to process a refund or issue a store credit. I placed my order, paid for it and have not received the items. I’m a good customer and never have issues with your customer service until now.
As a frequent customer, I'm very disappointed with the outcome.
I ask you to review my claim again and issue a refund or store credit. I’ve paid my Barclays card for these charges but feel it’s unfair I should do so being I never received my purchase.
