Bailey Street Home Bailey Street Home's False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought a plant stand from Bailey Street Home, but I was disappointed when it didn't match the description. I followed their instructions to return the item, but I ran into some issues. They gave me a RGA #, but they didn't include a shipping return label. According to their Free Return Policy, they should have paid for the return shipping since my order was over $200. However, when I went to FedEx to return the item, I had to pay $108.27 out of my own pocket. This is not what I expected from a company that claims to have a Free Return Policy.

I'm not happy with my experience with Bailey Street Home, and I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I don't recommend buying anything from this company. Their false advertising and lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Bailey Street Home Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with Bailey Street Home: A Cautionary Tale

So, I recently had an unfortunate experience with Bailey Street Home, and it has left me feeling quite disappointed. Firstly, I had to wait for more than an hour in a hold queue to know the status of my order, and to my disappointment, it seems like it's not unusual for them to keep customers waiting for long periods. I tried to reach out to them through various means like calls, emails, and chat messages, but to no avail. Sadly, I was left hanging, and despite the promises that someone would get back to me, that was not the case at all.

What's worse is that they would leave me in the chat queue even if they closed for the day, which I couldn't understand. I mean, isn't it basic customer service to make sure that their customers are attended to and that their concerns are addressed? It seems that the only way to get through to them is to say that you have a new order, which is quite concerning since it feels like they value their new customers more than the loyal ones.

To make matters worse, I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company, and I'm now tracking all calls, emails, and chat attempts. It's a shame that it had to go this far, and I just hope that other buyers will exercise caution when dealing with this company. Buyer beware.

Bailey Street Home Bailey Street Home Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Replacement Orders

As a customer of Bailey Street Home, I must say that my experience has been less than satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that one of the lights was broken. After contacting customer service, they assured me that a replacement order was placed and that it would arrive within a reasonable timeframe. However, more than a month went by and I had still not received a replacement.

When I reached out to Bailey Street Home, they informed me that the replacement order had been delayed and that it would not be available until mid-November. This delay was unacceptable, especially considering that it had been four months since I made my original purchase in July. When I requested a full return, they refused.

At this point, I decided to initiate a dispute through PayPal. It was only after doing so that Bailey Street Home agreed to send me a whole new light. While I do appreciate their willingness to address the issue, I feel that waiting four months to resolve the problem was simply too long.

To make matters worse, I recently discovered that the replacement light does not match the others in my set. This is extremely frustrating, as I simply want a complete set of four outdoor lights.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Bailey Street Home. I have had much better experiences with companies like Wayfair and Overstock, and I would not recommend Bailey Street Home to anyone looking to purchase quality items with efficient customer service. If I don't receive a full set of lights soon, I will be forced to dispute and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Bailey Street Home Disappointing Customer Service and Warranty Policy at Bailey Street Home

I gotta say, I had to wait on the phone for a long time a few times when I was dealing with Bailey Street Home. It was a real bummer, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. When I first put in my order, I accidentally used the wrong credit card. I called them up right away to fix it, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. That's not like Amazon or Wayfair, where you can change your payment info super easy.

Anyway, I got these two chairs from Bailey Street Home, but I barely even used them over the course of a year. Then, one day, one of the chairs just fell apart when someone was getting up from it. I was pretty bummed out, so I called up Bailey Street Home to see if they could help me out. I wasn't even asking for a full refund or anything, just maybe a discount on a replacement or some replacement parts. But they just kept telling me that the warranty was up, so there was nothing they could do.

Honestly, I like to buy stuff from companies that are willing to work with their customers when something goes wrong. It's not like I was asking for the moon or anything, just a little bit of help. But I guess Bailey Street Home isn't that kind of company. It's a real shame, because I was hoping to be a repeat customer, but now I'm not so sure.

I recently stumbled upon baileystreethome.com and was initially excited about the potential of finding some great deals on their website. However, my experience with this online store left me feeling quite disappointed.

Firstly, I was quickly discouraged to find that the price listed under the search results was actually $8 higher than what was listed on the website itself. This immediately felt misleading and made me question the legitimacy of the prices.

My recent experience with Bailey Street Home has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. While I understand that some circumstances can be out of a company's control, the lack of communication and customer service I have received is unacceptable.

After receiving an email notifying me that the item I had ordered was on backorder and to contact them if I had any questions, I attempted to reach out to them multiple times. Sadly, my attempts to speak to a live representative were met with consistent hold times, totaling an astonishing 4.5 hours.

Despite leaving two voicemails and sending an email, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgement from the company. It is disheartening to spend so much time trying to reach a company and still receive no assistance or updates.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and accessibility provided by Bailey Street Home has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that they can improve their customer service so that no other shoppers have to go through what I have experienced.

My experience with Bailey Street Home was nothing short of a nightmare. I had placed an order for what I thought was a beautiful silver and purple lamp, but when the BOX arrived, I was shocked to find that the contents were clearly not what I had ordered. What I had received was a rust-colored lamp with a purple back panel and red shades - a far cry from what I had initially wanted.

Understandably frustrated, I immediately reached out to the company to voice my concerns and requested a return or replacement. They asked me to send pictures of the product, which I did without hesitation, but then I didn't receive a response. After waiting for a reply for days, I decided to re-send my email and remind them of my case. Unfortunately, that didn't work either, and despite my efforts to contact them three more times, their silence continued.

I'm still left with a lamp that I can't use and no resolution in sight. To say that I'm disappointed with Bailey Street Home would be an understatement. Recently, I had contacted Bailey Street Home to enquire about purchasing a headboard for my queen-sized bed. I was pleased to have been informed that two such headboards were readily available in stock. Excitedly, I proceeded to submit my order online, and even pre-filled out my details beforehand. However, my joy was short-lived when I found out that the headboards were unavailable until the 15th of September 2020 - a considerable wait time from now.

Left with uncertainty and anxiousness, I tirelessly searched for ways to confirm if the headboards were, in fact, available for purchase. I dedicated a considerable amount of time on the phone with the customer service representative, who assured me that she would verify if the two queen-sized 2499 BEL 3334077 headboards were indeed in stock. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the courteous representative for her speedy service in retrieving the vital information and putting my mind at ease.

I earnestly hope to receive a prompt response from Bailey Street Home, indicating the availability of the desired headboards. I am keen on acquiring them without any delay, as I remain loyal to Bailey Street Home and would prefer to purchase from them instead of seeking alternatives from other companies. Nonetheless, if they are not available, I will be forced to rescind my order, which would be saddening.

My experience with Bailey Street Home was disappointing. I was excited to decorate my home with the beautiful lights I purchased from their website, but unfortunately, the quality and visual appearance did not meet my expectations. The high gloss accentuated the plastic look of the shells, which was not visible in the pictures from the website. I would have never guessed that this would be so noticeable when installed. Bailey Street Home Deceptive advertising and poor customer service: My experience with Bailey Street Home

My experience with Bailey Street Home was unfortunately not up to par. While browsing on Google, I came across an advertisement for a purchase that was priced at $582. However, when I went to buy it, that price was nowhere to be found. It felt like the website was using bait-and-switch tactics to lure me in. Frustratingly, when I called customer service, I was met with a friendly yet uninformed representative who showed no concern for the price discrepancy that I mentioned.

The website also offered me 25% off if I signed up and gave my email address. I did sign up, only to find that the coupon didn't even work. This whole incident felt like another example of the bait-and-switch tactics being used by Bailey Street Home. Furthermore, I am now inundated by emails from them and other companies, leading me to believe that my email address was sold to other organizations.

While I hope that the product I purchased - a vanity - is of good quality, I will not shop with Bailey Street Home again. I cannot support a company that uses deceptive advertising and disregard for customer concerns.
