Fine Home Furnishings I recently purchased a couch, loveseat, and chair from Fine Home Furnishings on Britton Pkwy

I recently purchased a couch, loveseat, and chair from Fine Home Furnishings on Britton Pkwy. It cost me a whopping $7500. However, I noticed a problem with the furniture after it was delivered. I quickly sent an email to the store along with a picture of the issue. Now, I'm just hoping they'll come out and fix it. I wanted to get a head start on resolving the problem.

Fine Home Furnishings We bought a couch with warranty in 2020

We bought a couch with warranty in 2020. In late 2020 (maybe early 2021), the couch broke. Fine Furnishings came to check it out. They said everything was covered under warranty and they would send us a new one. It's been more than a year and we still haven't gotten a replacement. They don't talk to us. Every time we contact them, they say they ordered it and it'll be 5 more weeks. We've called, emailed, and gone to the store to try to get it resolved.

I got a couch from Fine Home Furnishing at 5353 Tuttle Crossing Blvd, Dublin, OH 43016, and their phone number is [protected]. I bought a couch, loveseat, and chair from them. They delivered it in July, and I bought it in May. When they brought it, I saw a problem with the leather. So, I told American Express to hold back the money for the other half of the payment. They said they couldn't fix it until I paid the whole amount. In September, they sent a guy to fix it, but he couldn't. Fine furniture said they would give me a new couch instead. But now, they won't answer my calls.

Fine Home Furnishings I bought a Flexsteel couch on July 2nd, 2022 for $1798.20 from Fine Home Furnishings on East Broad St in Reynoldsburg, OH

I bought a Flexsteel couch on July 2nd, 2022 for $1798.20 from Fine Home Furnishings on East Broad St in Reynoldsburg, OH. On October 24th, I filed a claim with them for the couch being broken. Since that time, two repairmen (sent by the warranty company) have been to my home and both told me the couch needed to be replaced, not repaired. As of today, December 19th, 2022, I still haven't been told if it will be replaced. The stores' Claims Manager Randy S has been my contact person. He has told me that the store has no power in replacing or repairing the couch. According to him, the repair is the responsibility of the warranty people only. It has now been seven weeks of a broken couch that is getting worse as time goes on. The two people in this house are over 60 years old and we feel this couch is a liability to us and needs replacing as soon as possible.

Fine Home Furnishings I bought a table and chairs from Fine Home Furnishings on February 13

I bought a table and chairs from Fine Home Furnishings on February 13. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed that the finish on the table was flawed. It couldn't be wiped clean, and even a simple touch would leave prints that couldn't be removed. I contacted Fine Furnishings and they sent someone to inspect it. They agreed that it needed to be replaced and weeks later, they brought a new tabletop. However, within a week, the same issue occurred again. I tried to reach out to the manager, but no one called me back. Finally, I called again and spoke to the manager who asked me to send her pictures immediately so she could take care of it. That was on Monday, June 28th, and I haven't heard anything since. I have to keep my table covered because it always looks dirty. No one would be happy with this tabletop. I just want to be able to wipe off the prints. The price of the set was $675.00, and the transaction number is 101730. It's under my husband's name, ***. It was a Liberty 5 piece set 227 pub. The pictures I took are not very clear, so someone needs to come and see that it's defective.

Fine Home Furnishings I bought a piece of furniture on Friday 6/24/22 for $1000

I bought a piece of furniture on Friday 6/24/22 for $1000. We picked it up ourselves from the warehouse. It was boxed. When we got home and unpacked it, we noticed right away that it had lots of cracks, dents, dings, and glue spots. It was poorly made. We contacted the salesperson right away. They told us that the item was made and shipped from overseas, so there was no guarantee that a replacement wouldn't have the same problems. They asked if we would be happy with a discount. I agreed. We sent them all the pictures. They said they are waiting for a response from the factory. It's now 6/30/22, and we still have a damaged product. The company hasn't responded, and we haven't received any discount. Today, I called the store because there has been no communication from them. They said they are still waiting for a response from the factory. Where is the responsibility? I bought this product from your company, and I should either be credited for the damages or given a new one in the condition it was supposed to be in, which is why we paid $1000. Money doesn't grow on trees, and I worked really hard to save it. I expect not to be brushed off and to receive better customer service.

Fine Home Furnishings to the store and demand a refund, but with my husband's condition, it's just not possible

to the store and demand a refund, but with my husband's condition, it's just not possible. It's frustrating that Fine Home Furnishings is not taking responsibility for the defective loveseat and refusing to offer any resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from them if you want quality furniture and good customer service.

Fine Home Furnishings We bought a leather couch and chair with electric recline in May

We bought a leather couch and chair with electric recline in May . Due to the pandemic, the furniture arrived at our house in Aug 2021. After just a month of use, the chair's motor started making a terrible noise. We filed a repair claim and they sent another company to fix it. The repair company told Fine Home Furnishings that the motor needed to be replaced. Then, a few weeks later, one of the couch motors started making the same noise. And after a few more weeks, the other couch motor started making the same noise too. We've been complaining and talking to the manager, ***, for a few months now, but still no motors. She won't give us a full refund either. I've kept all the emails between me and Fine Home Furnishings for 6 months now, going on 7. On Feb 22, I got an email saying the motors were delivered to their warehouse, but they can't find them. They said they'll order another set of motors right away. Finally, on March 4th, they emailed me saying the motors are here and will be delivered to our house in the next week. But it's now April 1st and the motors still haven't arrived, and I haven't heard back from *** or the manager. At first, the supply issue was a good excuse, but now they've supposedly had two sets of motors in their warehouse, and they can't find one set and who knows where the other set is? We spent almost $6000 on furniture that makes the worst noise every time we use it, and we're really unhappy with the furniture and especially unhappy with how Fine Home Furnishings has handled this.

On September 19, 202o, I bought a chair from Fine Home Furnishings, located at 5353 Tuttle Crossing Blvd., Dublin, OH 43016. The salesperson, Suja A, helped me with the purchase. They said it would take 12-14 weeks for the chair to be ready for delivery. I used a Synchrony Bank credit card to finance the chair. It finally arrived on 12/16. When the delivery person removed the protective covering, I immediately noticed that it wasn't the chair I had ordered. It had a swivel mechanism, which I didn't want. I was really mad because I had waited three months for the chair. I told the delivery person to stop unwrapping it and take it back to the store. They returned the chair, and the next day, on 12/18, I called the store and told Suja about the problem. I also told her not to reorder the chair because I didn't want it anymore since I had to return the original one. She said she would tell the manager. I was really upset because I had waited so long for the chair, only to have to return it because of the swivel mechanism. Suja called me back and left a message on my voicemail on 12/19. She said they removed the swivel mechanism and put legs on it to make it look like the chair I ordered. Now the original chair has been changed to look like the one I wanted, and I want to see it before deciding if I want a refund. I called Suja back, but had to leave a message. I told her I didn't want the chair and didn't need to see an altered one. I just wanted a refund. Since then, I haven't heard anything from Suja or the store manager. Meanwhile, they charged my credit card for the chair, but I haven't received a refund. I don't want a changed chair. Suja's message made it seem like they would accept the return and give me a refund if I wasn't satisfied with what I saw. But they still charged my credit card, and I got a bill for a monthly payment. They haven't refunded my money yet. I had to make the payment to protect my credit score. I refuse to deal with this anymore and keep making monthly payments to avoid hurting my credit score. I don't want the altered chair that they still have, and I'm paying for it. I want a refund to my credit card, and I want to be personally reimbursed for what I've already paid. I grew up in the 50s and 60s when businesses respected their customers and tried hard to keep them happy. They believed in the saying, "The customer is always right." But it seems like that doesn't exist anymore. Today's businesses seem more greedy.
