Amtrak review: tries to deceive women for 'work', off craigslist, con, liar 11

there is this idiot his name is jody, he works for amtrak in sanford, for a company called axis. I went on an interview for a 'secretarial' position and really it had nothing to do with work--there was never a job...he just wanted me to go there since he was looking for a 'date' to go out with and made me think it was a job. I met him through Craigslist after posting something about wanting to find a job. He said he had a real job offer, and later when I called him, he said it was something having to do with amtrak, and i wasn't very interested in the job. A few weeks later, then he texts me claiming that he has another job offer, secretary position...it pays a larger sum a week and isnt the same kind work...he said he needed to fill it soon, and had me come in for an 'interview." Really, he wanted to fill it and that was it. I had to waste gas/time driving there, had to cancel a personal situation and it caused a lot of problems...I had to drive 30 minutes to sanford...and I already had a feeling it was a scam and this jerk and creep just was looking for a date in this scummy shady way.

When I got there-- it again seemed shady---he had me fill out an application and didn't seem to care what my qualifications were, didn't ask for a resume...again very shady...he even said "u can take the application and come back"...I'm thinking I didn't come here 30 minutes to take an application? He made up some story abotu a new 'contract' and how he needed a secretary-- again really in my gut I was thinking..it seems like he just wants a date-- people don't just hire secretaries out of the blue like that...he also emphasized on how the position was 'barely any work' but paid almost 500.00 a week whcih made no sense again...why would someone want to pay 500.00 a week for barely any work? as I was filling out the application, I went to give it to him and he was gone-- so I had to wait about 30 minutes while he was in a meeting...I conversed with his other workers there who seemed ok...then when he came back...he called me into the office-- and again didn't ask or say anything about the job...He did talk about 'craigslist' and saying "oh you're on craigslist" and said that he had tried to get on CL to find a date in the past and met weirdos.

At that point I knew my gut feelnig was right and this creep loser was only interested in meeting up with me to see what I look like or try to get a date with me in some way... there was no interview and nothing... Then I asked about the job again...and he said "oh its from 9:30 to 3 and you barely have to work--err ok what is that supposed to mean? Then he told me he was going to GIVE me the job...he said he'd call me the next morning. I had to fill out an application with all my personal information...which he has now...I called and texted him the next day and days after---and no response and i asked him if he was still going to hire me and he said "yes." ...but still no response from this jerk other than that...then, a week later, this creep texted me out of the blue saying "do you want to go to dinner"...i said excuse me...but i came in for a JOB not to go to dinner... i said what about the job? he said "i'll let you know."...this guy is such a creep and loser...beware of him...he uses CL to pick up girls through offering them a fake JOB he has no intention of giving them...and has them waste their time and gas coming into his stupid office... jsut so he can take a look at them.. I knew then I had been conned and worse he has all my personal information now...beware of this stupid creep and pervert...I dont know his whole name but it's Jody and he works for AXIS at amtrak in sanford...he uses his job as leverage to get dates with young women...and has them drive to his place of work with false hopes and promises when hes just looking for a date-- total loser creep and ### beware...
