I have been a rep for 13 years and in this time I have had multiple issues and complaints but overlooked them as people loved the products. However, Avon is now a faceless company with only a chat bot to interact with reps.
They have failed to meet their own terms and conditions and fined me for a late payment without warning or notification. Even trying to find information on the representative portal is nigh impossible. I tried to resolve this, but there is no human that I can speak to, no phone, no email, just a whatsapp chat bot that takes 3 business days to reply and only operates in business hours - although they seemed to reply outside of these hours and if you aren't able to respond, the conversation is restarted.
Whilst trying to resolve this, they fined me for non payment of the fine?! Again, without warning or notification. That is effectively a 100% fine and therefore I would consider it to be unreasonable, excessive ad punitive. I am still trying to resolve this, but if I do not pay I will just continue to amass fines that could damage my credit rating.
Recommendation: STAY AWAY!
