Upon finding out the device had it's flaws I've tried reaching Mr. Moncada personally to handle the situation in which he said he would return me my money. However he has avoided me so I reached out to his place of employment to work things out but he and his manager Richard insisted on giving me the run around. The encounter with these two men ESPECIALLY Danny Moncada was rude and unnecessary.
