Legend Auto sold me a car with multiple issues and deceived me by threatening to report me to my bank if I wrote a negative review.

This dealership did not process the DMV paperwork correctly, and is now attempting to charge me registration fees. They sold me an unregistered car.

On November 12 at about 3:00 pm in the afternoon I purchased a Ford F-150 King Ranch at Legend Auto on Main Street in Anytown, USA. At the time of signing the paperwork 3-4 times I was told that I had 2 days to return the vehicle for any reason if I was not satisfied with my purchase. After 2 days on November 14th, I returned to Legend Auto to return the vehicle because I was not completely satisfied with my purchase. That day I spoke with the lot manager who shared with me that I had signed a waiver waiving my right to return the car. At no time was I told that I was waiving my right at the time I signed the documents which were in English. I trusted the staff who asked me to sign the purchase documents. I left the lot confident that I had 2 days to return the car.

On March 15th 2022 I purchased a black truck from Legend Auto. After I signed, the vehicle failed on their own parking lot as I tried to drive it home. I had to drive home using the vehicle I was trading in. I was trading the old vehicle because the brakes were failing and did not want to put money into it but instead just trade for a new one. No one offered a vehicle to drive home. Luckily the truck had warranty. Therefore, Legend Auto sales, took it to the authorized dealership and they fixed it. When they told us the truck would take two weeks to be ready, they gave us a loaner in the meantime. After almost two weeks, we got the truck back. Seven days later the truck broke down again, same issue, same maintenance message on the dashboard. I called the dealer and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. Hours later, I showed up at the dealer. I asked to cancel the first loan or be able to make a switch of trucks. They ran the numbers with the bank and said we needed 8k down payment due to trade it net negative value and a bunch of other jargon that made no sense. The cost of both trucks was the exact same one. I only drove it 100 miles in less than a month. The rest of time, it sat at the dealership while they fixed it. I was then told that banks were closed already and they would call me next day to work things out with the bank and submit an application with Seattle credit union. They made it clear they do not work with that bank but they were willing to submit an app. Well, 12pm came by next day and no one called me. I had to call them to follow up. In the meantime, they promised a vehicle loan while they fixed the truck and so we drove home in a truck that we fell in love with. We wanted that loaned truck to be ours now. He promised and I quote "I won't leave you carless for as long as the truck is not working or needs to be fixed." Yet he took it away in 24 hours and I paid 8k to walk away with a truck because the first one was broken and they did not want to work.
