I was sold a car with a safety hazard, the electrical steering. As well as having multiple issues with safety such as the shocks being blown and all four tires, the electrical steering being out and the catalytic converter being bad and I had to replace it on my own. I spent roughly 1900.00 on repairs so far and the car needs 3,000 more in repairs on the steering and is a 2012 model worth no more than 500 they told me when I tried to trade it back in. Now I am stuck with the vehicle and have filed a report with DPS as well and now the BBB, and also going to sue them in civil court now. The vehicle from the investigation was inspected only a month before the sale, and the auto repair technician at the alternate Autonation said he would pass my car for me cause it would not pass otherwise and laughed at me.
Desired outcome: I need out of the auto loan and my repair money spent back for a car that never should have passed am inspection to be sold.
