Don’t ever use them.Buy from copart instead. I am located overseas (Europe GREECE) which makes things a lot more difficult to buy and manage the shipping.

I bought 6 vehicles for the prices

6550$

8819$

3577$

5550$

4180$

6892$

All went good until I paid them to ship 2 of them in a warehouse they ship with their own company called EASYHAUL and I give the AutoBidMaster clear instructions to call 2-3 days in advance for an appointment to warehouse which they did not and when they tried to deliver obviously the warehouse didn’t accept the vehicle and now the autobidmaster send me an invoice and an email that says I get charged 600 for dry run and 25$ each day for storage until I pay and they keep me vehicle hostage and they want me to pay the trucker 600$ fine because THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY I paid them and give them instructions simple and clear they only care about charge your account nothing else run away buy direct from COPART.

MESSAGE FOR AUTOBIDMASTER

Don’t bother to answer I will post every message of our conversation for the transport with dates here.

A huge amount of storage fees (a few thousand $) and long waiting for the car title. It's kind of a nightmare when you're waiting a title for 90 days. Very negative experience as the autobidmaster review in general. Customer support is very rude and was screeming on me. My suggestion is to exclude this Copart broker from your list.

I would recommend autobidmaster.com for making the whole purchase of a vehicle from starting bud to vehicle delivery much easier. my only complaint is with Copart. they misrepresented the vehicle. on the auction page it said the car started and drove when it got there. a dead battery is common but there Is no way they ever saw the car start much less move under its own power. it has a dead battery and a massive fuel leak. so not only did they misrepresent the car, they sold a car that presented a potentially deadly problem. the car still sits where the driver left it in the steet. this is my second auction. both times the broker was great. I recommend trying to find a auction house that has good business practices. from what I've seen they don't exist.

They are trustworty. Have a wide range of cars to select from. The most good thing about them is that they ship vehicles to other coutries from U.S. Highly recomended

It was a big mistake buying the used car with Autobidmaster Co. Those guys invent unexist debt and tries get your money using court. I have bougt car for 1600$ and got it. Later they invent 200$ debt for me and tries take over 3000$ now. Be careful, hunters of your cash looking for you.

I was satisfied with the organization of work and the company's approach to the client. They helped me buy and deliver the chosen car. I did all the repairs and registrations myself. I was lucky with the car, minimal damage, restored completely and not expensive.

Good, and most importantly reliable service. I ordered a car, and it was delivered right to my house. The prices are quite affordable. I also wanted to mention the competent work of the brokers.

Thank you so much to both Eugene and Mary at bidmasters in Oregon. They were the best! Mary helped me to set up my account and understand the process and she helped me to place my bid. Eugene helped me to understand the banking part of it and the business end of it so that I could take care of my transaction . My travel trailer will be sent directly to me in Utah. Thank you both so much you. You made the whole process so much easier and I really appreciate it. Kathy Jackson, Salt Lake City Utah

AutobidMaster site is perfect, very clear, with very helpful videos and they explain the process very well. They also respond to emails promptly. I am very excited about my bid. I've never bought in an auction before but they are helping me through the process. I didn't need to talk to a person, they send me emails and answers to my questions right away. Very very good.

I have brough a car to Georgia country with them. I paid everything online in advance. After car came, they forced me to pay again creating unreal invoise under "terminal handling fee" although I paid every customs duty and tax myself.

I wrote them about this. No-one cared it. Such a horrible company. I would never recommend them.

Back in 2011 I was trying to buy a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am on Copart. The problem I ran into was that Copart stipulates that you must be a registered business in order to bid. Since I was not a registered business it was recommended that I go through a broker and was recommended Autobidmaster. They charge $150 and it is supposedly for 1 years membership and require payment with a credit card. What they don't tell you is that it automatically renews and they will keep hitting your credit card. I used my bank ATM/Debit card.
When I saw the $150 debited from my bank account and saw it went to Autobidmaster I was confused because I had not used them in over a year. I called their office and explained that I did not authorize any type or renewal. I was told that when you join it automatically renews. I then explained that I no longer need their services and would like to get my money back. The person on the phone said they can't do that. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told by the person that they are the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that the owner does not take calls. So basically they told me to pound sand. I ended up going back through my bank and they recovered the money for me. Now tonight over a year later I receive a call from a debit collection agency telling me that Autobidmaster has turned it over to debt collection. I never in a million years realized that trying to buy 1 single car would end up costing me so much grief. Anyone even remotely thinking of using Autobidmaster please take my advice and do not give them a single dime unless you want to go through the same crap.

AUTOBIDMASTER THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME.

I was compelled to use Autobidmaster hereafter referred to as ABM to bid on a Copart auction though I had been a member of Copart for several years.
The auction was for a 1985 Crown Super Coach: I registered with ABM, put down my 400.00 deposit and registered as a "member" entitled to one transaction: Not as a Premier Member.

Auction day came along, and the auction closed "on approval" with me as the high bidder. That same day, the 27th of May 2014 The Seller and I got into a series of offer counter offers and came to an agreed upon price and the auction was awarded to me...this took place long after business hours of the 27th. ABM sent me an invoice for the purchase on the 27th: However that invoice contained in it a charge for the Premier Membership of 150.00. I contacted them immediately upon receipt of this Invoice informing them I would pay the invoice once they sent me a correct invoice, reflecting the correct purchase price for the Crown, Including their Copart Fees, their ABM fees, as well as a HAZMAT fee and a document Fee...but absent the Premier Membership fee.

I received the corrected Invoice on the 28th of May and I then contacted them and said "Hey, shouldn't the invoice reflect the correct day I received it?" After a bunch of back and forth emails and no resolution on this point. I asked that I be contacted by phone, and that I needed to speak with someone who was empowered to correct an error. That didn't happen i received a phone call from Dorthey, and she was more intent on reiterating, what she had said in her emails. To the point that when I tried to speak she would shout over me...till finally I said is this phone call about a conversation or are you just going to yell at me? I then asked to speak with a supervisor: I got Jason. Jason and I discussed what had happen he said he understood, but that "their system would not allow for the correcting of a date of an invoice." He said, however, "Ill make some notes here for accounting to read, and if you can get me your payment today I'll make sure you don't get any late fees." I went to the Bank. Did the Wire Transfer that afternoon, the afternoon of the 28th. Early the morning of the 29th I got the confirmation of my payment, and as well the information I would require to pick up my Crown...Several hours after that statement, I received another Invoice from ABM for a 50 dollar late fee, with the admonishment that I would not receive title until that fee was paid.

I contacted Jason, the fellow I had spoken to the day before with regard preventing this "late fee" from occurring: And we rehashed what had transpired the day before. And I informed him that Payment was in fact sent on the 28th, as well I also sent him an email with the photo static copy of the the wire transfer indicating without question the voracity of my claim. I couldn't understand why this wasn't an easy fix, but he kept stammering about: I said "You know Jason we discussed this yesterday you said I would not face these fees, unless these fees are lifted you are going to leave me not alternative by to seek redress in small claims court." Jason then said, "you know I don't feel like being to compassionate when you start talking like that, and this conversation is over right now thank you good bye.

So I contacted ABM again, another email, and asked them how to resolve the late fee. Was I going to have to do another bank wire transfer for the $50.00?

I then received a very curt email from Support at ABM informing me the could charge my credit card ending in the last four letters, and that because of my abuse they did not want to talk to me anymore and that I was to answer if the card was to be charged in a simple yes or no. I sent them the following email. Which of course hasn't been responded to. one has a seven calendar day window, from auction date to pickup date with ABM...I am now 4 days into this, have paid once, but that hasn't been enough, I now have another charge, and for four days I have not been able to pick up this Bus, as it cannot be picked up until all ABM charges, right or wrong or are met. So below is my response to their demand for a yes or no as to charging my credit card for the late fee. And of course they will charge me, but I won't get clearance on that until tomorrow, thereby taking another day of the calendar to pick up the bus. And guess what? If I don't pick up the bus? There will be more late fees. And guess what? If I get further delayed, they will hold my 400 dollar deposit, and continue to delay...until they mandate I pay them a 150.00 Premier Membership fee. Incidentally, on an Auction item where the total bid for the item, was 2, 550.00 Total fees siphoned off by Copart and by ABM combined amounted to $750.00 and that's just so far...as of this writing that fee is now 800.00 dollars...I'll keep you apprised...what a racket these guys have going. It's really hard to imagine anyone would ever do business with them again.

Dear Support...I have found your behavior, as well as the verbal
abuse I've been subjected to by Dorthy to be exceedingly abusive.
I have found your co-operation, help, and reason to be completely
absent. I have sent you a copy of the wire transfer that indicates that
the Wire Transfer was indeed sent to you Yesterday May 28th: I
discussed this with Jason Yesterday and he has made notes to the effect
that it would be sent and that fee should not be levied. In light of
the delays caused by your firm in terms of sending a true and accurate
invoice:

I have generated more than 20 emails in an attempt to resolve this
matter: It has cost me great time, inconvenience and aggravation. Had
you sent the correct invoice following the end of auction, which did end
after business hours on the 27th of May ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THIS
CONVERSATION WOULD BE NECESSARY.

Just as you don't appreciate being treated unfairly, and just as you
would stand up for principle and rights if you felt they were being
abused. So do I...

All this has ever been about is purchasing the Bus. I will also advise
you that I have a home in Gresham, Oregon. And I, as you, do not
appreciate being mistreated: If you are adamant in stealing 50
dollars from me, and that is more important than the facts of this
transaction by all means commit your theft. By all means add insult to
injury: You are supposed to be in this to facilitate transactions:
You are responsible solely for any acrimony. Just as you are
responsible for denying the facts of this transaction. You received the
wire transfer yesterday, You sent the wrong Invoice the day of auctions
end the 27th, and you did not get the correct invoice to me until May
28th 2014 and it was paid, as evidenced by the photostatic copy of the
wire transfer sent to you, also paid on the 28th. So if the only way,
for the time being, I can put this miserable experience to an end, is to
add another 50 dollars to the 250 dollars I've already handed you then
Please do charge my Card just to end this sordid affair: But know that
I view it a petty theft. And know that by so doing you have cast the
die that will mandate I proceed to seek any legal recourse
possible... So if charging my card 50.00 dollars is what you
feel justified in doing in spite of the reality of this sordid affair by
all means do so. But know you will be hearing from me: And know all
has been archived. NBKelsey.

Bought a car through Auto bid master. We won the bid, everything was fine with wire transfer (8/21/13). Car received on 9/20/13. Then it takes another 2 1/2 weeks to get the car title. Now they tell us that we owe more money. They want to charge "storage" on the car they kept in there lot. We were told car couldn't be shipped as they were waiting on "upset bid". Upon arrival of vehicle the mileage was different from what was on the bill of sale, (9, 999 miles on website for bidding however title has mileage listed at 100, 826) just a slight difference don't you think! I would be very leery of buying a car thought this group in the future!

I have been a car dealer for 40 years. joined autobidmaster 2 weeks ago and went to auction site and looked at 2 campers, 2 cars and a four wheeler. I bid on all items and won none.then suddenly there auction crashed. Right after that I got a call congradulating me on my first purchess a 1990 plymouth voyager. I told her I did not bid . she said she would get back with me but she did not. The next day I tried to bid on a toy hauler but could not. so I called and talked to Derrick he told me he would check into it. Derrick called back later that day and told me that I did not make that bid. so I tried to make the bid and still could not. i called derrick and he told me it would be acouple of days before i was cleared to bid. I told him i would like to hit the buy it now on 2003 dutchmen toyhauler, he said he would call brittney wallen. Brittney did call and did make the deal work, Ipayed 6685 dollars for it. Two days later Derrick told me that in fact had made the bid of 375 dollars on that plymouth voyger that i have never seen and wouldnt want if they give it to me. Now they will not give me my 1550 dollar deposit back and wont let me bid. That leaves me no choice to dispute the charge on my credit card. Beware of autobidmaster

My problems with AutoBidMaster: Here are copies of email communications with AutoBidMaster
A BILL-OF SALE PROBLEM WITH AUTOBIDMASTER:
Because they refuse to show the cost of the vehicle on the bill-of-sale I have had to pay tax on the full amount which includes all fees and extra charges. Four vehicles bought through AutoBidMaster which totals over $2000 in fees and charges I have needlessly paid tax on.

Customer:
Why will you not put the actual price of the car (575.00) on the bill of sale? You are making us NC. buyers pay more tax than necessary. Do you just not care?

AutoBidMaster:
We care a great deal about our customers.
However, we only have one design of the bill of sale.
If you need to prove the sale price of the vehicle itself, you can find this information on your invoice.
Thank you: Jessica McCoy

Customer:
It has nothing to do with the DESIGN of the bill of sale, just that you refuse to put the break down of charges on it as it should be, and NC DMV said that it should have the vehicle cost on it so they can charge tax only on the price paid for the vehicle. It cost extra in tax each time which adds up.
NC will not accept an invoice, ONLY the bill-of-sale "an official document" is used to charge tax on only the actual cost of the vehicle. I have gone through this with you before. This is the fourth one and you still refuse; it sure appears that you don’t care.
( from an actual bill-of-sale )
FULL PRICE 2035.00 Only the actual cost of the vehicle here ($1500.00),
ADJUSTMENT 0.0
TAXABLE TOTAL 2035.00 or maybe here
OTHER FEES 0.00
TOTAL 2035.00
PAYMENT 2035.00
DUE 0.00
AutoBidMaster:
If there is any other way we can help, besides "putting the breakdown of charges" on the bill of sale.
Please let us know and we would be happy to help.
Thank you: Jessica McCoy

TITLE PROBLEMS WITH AUTOBIDMASTER:
Customer:
The state of NC requires the seller’s info and signature be notarized on the title. The title for the 2005 Ford Focus you sent had not been notarized and the NC DMV would not accept it and told me it had to be sent it back to you to have it notarized. I drove 100 miles to Charlotte NC to get an instant title, and because the title had not been notarized I had to drive back and by luck I got it took care of then back to Charlotte again. A hassle and extra cost I did not need. Now the 2002 Chrysler Sebring has a NC title can you please have this title notarized as per NC's requirements for transfer.

AutoBidMaster:
Concerning your request for notarization:
We usually do not put reassignment on the title but include a separate form – State of Oregon reassignment form.
However, if your local DMV requires it, we can put reassignment on the title.
We can have it notarized, the charge for this service is $50.
You can make this payment by phone or use the Credit Card Authorization form attached.
Thank you. Olivia Paulson

Customer:
That is just not right! It is not my choice and not my request and I could care less whether or not it is notarized. It is a legal requirement of the state of NC and a $50.00 charge is bull. If you send me a title that I can’t get transferred I will look into the legal aspect. You are should have the title prepared for legal transfer without any extra charges. Did you not understand what happened with the last title? If you don’t know what NC requirements for title transfer is you should find out.

After the last email to them they did send the title notarized properly with an extra charge but only because I raised a stink.
The last title " a Kentucky title" was not filled out properly and cost me an extra trip back to the NCDMV the next day to get the DMV supervisor's approval.

Autobidmaster is a company want to screw anyone to make money.
First of all after the purchase of the car they send me a bill as follows;
Auction Final Bid $3900.00
Copart Auction Fees $440.00
Transaction Fee $200.00
Shipping coast $685.00

Total $5225.00
I did one wire transfer for the total amount of $5225.00 the same day just to avoid any kind of chargers.
And I call several time spoke to Birney and Natalie to get my car ship ASAP and to close my account and refund all my money including the deposit of $400.00.
Birney start charging me storage fee while everything was been done through the Autobidmaster.
I had no control because they had the car and they were shipping the car.
When I call they put me on hold for hours every day and never got anyresponse for any of my email.
I realize i am not getting anywhere so I decide to call American Express and ask for a stop payment for autobidmaster.

Update to My experience with AutoBidMaster
I received shipping refund 5/26/12. Have to pay the storage fee to get title and bidding deposit refund. My opinion is that I will use them again as a broker, but not as a shipper...unless they can ship with in the week.

My experience with autobidmaster :

They only ever called me to sell shipping services. I already bought shipping services from them 5/11/12, and paid for car and shipping the next business day.
Autobidmaster delays shipping until I start getting storage fees, at which point I call 5/18/12 to see whats up. No straight answer after two business days 5/21/12. They finally "let me" cancel my shipping, with full refund, and I arrange another transporter to pick up the same day in 2-hours.

I think they are all 18 yr :
Nataly Lukin (shipping, no email of call returns),
Jessica McCoy (I think less happy people get forwarded to her, will not forward calls to Rina),
Brittney (seemed nice and tries to help, but doesn't return calls),
Rina Mikhay (head of accounting, no email or call return after a week...and counting).
All are not concerned with keeping business, and seem to take 3 hr lunches?
I have given up on them doing anything about the storage fees ($100) they accrued, I am now only hoping to get my $1200 shipping refunded (which was promised to be refunded). Still have not received anything to date 5/25/12.

The other shipper said that when some "companies" get prepaid, they continue to cancel and select lower bids on the transportation. This delays the shipping, and may incur storage fees, but the "company" has already been paid, and they are only concerned the margin they can make.

Jessica McCoy from Autobidmaster: There is no issue to report. Thank you for your prompt response.
Fri 7/22/11 10:24 AM
Customer: When will the payment of the $50 be reflected in my online account?
Fri 7/22/11 10:45 AM
Jessica McCoy: When the accounting department processes the payment.
Fri 7/22/11 10:46 AM
Customer: Will you provide an estimate of when that will occur or a contact in accounting so that I may speak with the department directly?
Fri 7/22/11 10:51 AM
Jessica McCoy: It will be processed by Monday.
Wed 7/27/11 8:54 AM
Customer: There appears to be a $150 charge on my credit card instead of the $50 that you reference below. Can you explain what is going on and refund the $100 overcharge?
Wed 7/27/11 9:36 AM
Jessica McCoy: The $ 150.00 charge you see on your account, is for the membership fee . Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Wed 7/27/11 9:42 AM
Customer: Please cancel my membership and refund the $150
Wed 7/27/11 9:49 AM
Jessica McCoy: The $ 150.00 membership fee is a non-refundable fee. If you would like to bid in the future, you must submit a refundable security deposit.
Wed 7/27/11 9:53 AM
Customer: The fee is not charged if I submit a membership cancellation request by July 22 close of business according to your website. In order to do this I would have had to request a deposit refund by that time. I sent payment for the outstanding balance of $50 on July 21 in order to get a deposit refund and close my account. Your company delayed processing that payment until July 26th so that I would be forced into a membership that I no longer needed. By delaying payment processing I was unable to compete the deposit refund until the 26th and you forced a $150 charge onto my card. Please refund the amount or be prepared to defend yourself in small claims court.
Wed 7/27/11 10:31 AM
Customer: I've filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding this charge. They have frozen these funds and will not be accessible by Autobidmaster until the dispute is resolved. In order to avoid a negative review online and a complaint filed with the better business bureau and ultimately a small claims lawsuit please refund this $150 fee and close my account. If this is not resolved within 24 hours I will proceed with the actions above.

CAREFUL@#$#@$#@$ BE VERY CAREFUL #$%#$%
I purchased a car at an auction which stated the car was running and IT WAS NOT RUNNING! I GOT STUCK WITH IT. INITIALLY I WON THE BID FOR ABOUT 6200 THEN AFTER WINNING A BID I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM ON THE BID. I WAS TOLD BY JESSICA THAT THE CAR IS 2011 AND IT RUNS SO I SHOULD CONSIDER OFFERING A HIGHER AMOUNT. ONCE I PURCHASED IT, WE FOUND OUT THAT THE CAR WAS STAGED TO HIDE DAMAGE. THE CAR DID NOT RUN AND IT DID NOT EVEN START. FRONT AXLE WAS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING. IN SHORT I WAS LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF. When I called them several times, I spoke to Jessica who kept repeating that I can just resell the car to someone else. I said why the hell would I want to defraud and upset someone else when I am this upset. I asked for the owner who sold the car but she said the only thing she can do is to resell the car for me however it does not feel right to trick someone else into buying it. I asked to speak to a manager then got transferred around and was on hold for about 30min. Eventually I had to hang up and recall. I asked to speak to Jessica and am still on hold now! I asked for manager with no luck again. FINALLY GOT THRU TO YANA SHE WAS EMPATHETIC BUT SAID THEY CANNOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. SO SELLERS CAN LIE BUT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING.

#$#$%$ CAREFUL #$$%@$ FRAUDULENT #$#$%#$ DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS #@$$%#$%#$
the passed the blame onto copart copart staff and autobidmaster staff said the car runs on their auction and it did not! after winning bid they said that we need to raise the bid because it is a 2011 car and runs and looks good. got swindled and all they want to do is to help me resell it.

Autobidmaster.com is a fraud; they try every way to charge extra fees, even when they are contrary to the "terms" of membership and sale...they try to trick you by automatically extending your membership fees and will not return calls when you ask to speak to the owner or a manager...DONT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOBIDMASTER.COM!
Save yourself a lot of grief...
