We were deceived on our contract...I believe our finance person. They worked our contract backwards, showing us our payment with the included extended warranty for repair, glass, interior and exterior protection, dent repair, and tire and wheel, without disclosing the individual pricing for covered repairs. These extras amount to over $6000! We signed numerous papers, but the breakdown for the individual items was not included in the original paperwork, or else we would have noticed an additional $6000. Additionally, the finance rate we were quoted was 3.89 percent. I am certain of that because my other vehicle is at 3.99 percent, and I thought that was good. However, the paperwork shows 4.89 percent... so instead of financing $19,000, it is now $25,000. As I mentioned, we were not provided with the individual breakdowns, even though our signatures are on the paper.

I had taken my vehicle in for repair in Feb 2022. They had a tech began working on it, then a week later after calling for an update, the service rep advised that my vehicle would be done in a week. I called back to see the status and found out that the tech was no longer working on my vehicle due to getting fired or quitting. Now this puts me back yet another week without my vehicle. The service manager stated they would get another tech right on it. This new tech had to supposedly look back over what the previous tech may have touched. They advised that it would be another week before my vehicle would be done again. That week came and the vehicle still wasn't ready. I asked to speak with the GM or I wanted corporate's number. I ended up speaking with the GM, [GM's Name]. He had just started at this location. He was able to get my vehicle done within the next week. However, the tech rushed the repairs on the vehicle. This was not a job that could have been rushed due to it being my engine. My vehicle was done on March 8, 2022. It was taken to the transportation truck for it to be shipped to [destination]. As my vehicle was sitting in the garage, I noticed an oil leak. I took it to the dealership here in [location] at [Dealership Name]. I advised [Service Rep's Name] of the leak and wanted to know what the warranty for repair covered. [Service Rep's Name] at Autonation Chrysler and I were reaching out to Bill Estes every day trying to resolve the warranty, but [person's name] was unavailable. I had to fly back to [location] to speak with someone, which was [person's name]. The tech in [location] was able to begin the repair and discovered that the repairs were not done correctly and that if I did not notice the leak, it would have caused more and major damage. The gasket was put in crooked and incorrectly. [Service Rep's Name] and I have been trying to get this resolved with Bill Estes regarding payment and have been having a difficult time with someone returning our call once again. Yet again, I am without transportation.
