Auto Barn I gotta warn ya, stay away from this company, Auto Barn, LLC

I gotta warn ya, stay away from this company, Auto Barn, LLC. They're all good when it comes to sellin' stuff to ya, but if they owe ya some money, forget about it. I canceled this extended service plan I had with 'em, only used it for less than 2 years, and I was supposed to get a refund of $1849.64. Now, the company that handles the policy gave the money to Auto Barn LLC (cuz that's who sold it to me), and Auto Barn was supposed to give it back to me. It's been 4 months now, and all I've been gettin' is one lie after another, and still no check. So, I'm takin' 'em to court in Coweta County. You can check out the other complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com website to see how they've done the same thing to others who were owed money for different reasons. Oh, and by the way, I've been dealin' with *** too.

Auto Barn Liars! Procrastinators!

Liars! Procrastinators! Thieves! They say they care about customers, but once you sign, it's all over. Just lies and no response to calls because they've already been paid and don't care about what they promised before. "Oh, I sent that off Friday." Then a week later, they ask for my address. What the heck? My sister also had issues with them regarding mechanical and GAP reimbursement. They said they overnighted the check and gave her a tracking number. But guess what? No check. This happened multiple times. Blah blah blah. They just keep lying! They pretend to be honest and open before the sale, but once it's done, they're done too! Trust me, improve your credit and go to a real dealership because these guys and their employees are useless! These are the truths and facts.

Auto Barn I bought two cars from this place

I bought two cars from this place. I left my car there to have a sensor placed, but the service guy drove my car on a suspended license and got arrested in my car. The police told me to pick up my car from the impound. The manager tried to make it up to me by selling me a Buick Enclave. I left my car at the dealership because they promised to put new brakes, fix a door dent, and replace the windshield. I waited a week to pick up my car and had to demand it because it wasn't ready. When I finally got the car, I took it to a mechanic in Forest Park. They told me the air compressor was bad and it would cost $926 to replace. The AC didn't work and all the tires were completely worn out. The car also needed a wheel alignment. The dealership ignored my calls, but when I called from a different number, they answered. The manager never called me back and the salesman said, "Well, you did buy a used car." I don't recommend this place to anyone. Once you get their car, you're stuck with all the problems. The service people are very young and seem lost. The customer service is terrible. I have good credit and money, so I could have gone anywhere else. Do your own research on car lots. Just because the car looks nice on the outside doesn't mean it's in good condition. If possible, bring a mechanic with you. I had to eat the cost because I had no choice, but how did the service person not know about these problems? Even if they didn't want to fix them, they could have at least given me a heads up. I'm a travel nurse and was supposed to drive the car out of state. Luckily, I was smart enough to have a reliable person check it before hitting the road. I could have been stranded with flat tires. Shake my head.

Auto Barn I gotta say, Auto Barn, LLC is a real disappointment

I gotta say, Auto Barn, LLC is a real disappointment. If I could, I'd give them zero stars! This guy Travis, who's supposed to be the GM, is a real piece of work. I seriously doubt his qualifications! He's rude, unprofessional, and arrogant like nobody I've ever dealt with in my 57 years on this planet! Don't trust a word he says. He'll argue with you till the cows come home and never admit he's wrong about anything! I've been running my own business for 35 years, and if I treated my customers like he does, I wouldn't still be in business!

Communication with them has been a joke. We had to constantly reach out to them because they couldn't be bothered to keep us updated. It's been like dealing with a circus, I tell ya! But I will give credit where it's due. Some of the other employees, like John, Aaron, and Jake, were friendly and tried to help us out. But every time we mentioned something they told us about their policies, Travis would just brush it off and say they were wrong. Can you believe that?

In the end, we're getting our check back and taking our business elsewhere. We found a better deal with *** (which I totally recommend, by the way!). When we told Travis to cancel the deal, he couldn't have cared less. He was actually pretty dismissive about it! I swear, he must be the owner's kid or something, 'cause I can't imagine why they'd keep an employee like him.

Here's the kicker: we were told by multiple employees that we'd have 7 days to inspect the car once it was delivered, since we were buying it without seeing it in person (except for online, of course). But when we mentioned this to Travis, he had the audacity to say, and I quote, "This is not ***. Once the vehicle leaves the parking lot, I am depositing the check." That's when we said, forget it! We're done dealing with these clowns!

Consider yourself warned, folks! Stay away from Auto Barn, LLC. I can't wait to see how Travis responds to this review. I bet he'll try to defend his terrible attitude and lack of professionalism. What a joke!

Auto Barn My hubby traded his truck on 2/14/2022 for a whopping $41,100

My hubby traded his truck on 2/14/2022 for a whopping $41,100. There was still some moolah left to be paid off on the truck. But guess what? The dealership got the dough for the trade-in but didn't bother to settle the rest of the cash owed on the truck. Can you believe it?

However, they promised to mail the title to me, but it's been over 8 months and they still haven't done it! I just need the title so that she can get a tag. She's been using temporary tags for 9 months now.

Is Auto Barn legit?

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Auto Barn to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 0% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Auto Barn is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Auto Barn, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

Auto Barn earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

The age of Auto Barn's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.

Autobarnga.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Autobarnga.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Auto Barn has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 13 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Autobarnga.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The autobarnga.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
  • Auto Barn protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Auto Barn We got a 2021 Cadillac XT5 on November 18, 2022 from Auto Barn in ***

We got a 2021 Cadillac XT5 on November 18, 2022 from Auto Barn in ***. We traded in a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. The Jeep had a balance of $ *** and they offered us $23,000. We put $10,000 down on the Cadillac and *** approved the loan. But Auto Barn still hasn't paid off the loan on the Jeep to ***. The Manager hasn't called us back yet. I just wanna know why they haven't paid off the Jeep. We had to make a payment on the Jeep even though we don't have it anymore, and we also had to pay the first payment on the Cadillac, which is due on December 18th. This should've been taken care of by now!

Auto Barn I bought a Ford F250 from Auto Barn on 03/13

I bought a Ford F250 from Auto Barn on 03/13. We had some problems with this company. We fixed all of them except for one. But we tried to reach out to them many times and got no reply. We live in Sweetwater, TN, which covers *** counties. We told them multiple times that we live in McMinn County. But our documents still said Monroe County. This caused more than one problem, obviously. After they fixed it, Auto Barn called to say that we overpaid the county taxes and/or fees and we were owed a refund. They said they would send the check overnight. They also said they didn't have to do that to save money. That was a few months ago. We still haven't received the refund and Auto Barn doesn't respond when we contact them.

Auto Barn Auto Barn, LLC is a place where you can buy cars, but let me tell you, they ain't all that great

Auto Barn, LLC is a place where you can buy cars, but let me tell you, they ain't all that great. I bought a car from them on 10/19, and boy, did they mess up. The agreement said they would take my old car as a trade-in and I would pay the rest in full. Well, guess what? They didn't do any of that. They didn't follow the agreement at all.

The car they sold me doesn't have any records of maintenance, and it hasn't even been registered with the DMV in Georgia like it was supposed to be. Can you believe that? On top of all that, they went ahead and put some sneaky tracker on the car without my permission. What a bunch of crooks!

I've been trying to get in touch with the higher-ups at Auto Barn, LLC to sort out these problems, but they're nowhere to be found. And to make matters worse, they still have my old car and I'm stuck with all the legal responsibilities for it. Can you believe the nerve of these guys?

So, if you're thinking about buying a car from Auto Barn, LLC, I'd say think twice. They don't play by the rules and they don't care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Auto Barn I bought the truck used and they told me it was all good and working fine

I bought the truck used and they told me it was all good and working fine. I paid extra to have it brought to me, but it's been in the shop ever since. The morning after it got here, it left me stranded on the side of the road because it wouldn't start again after it died. I had to change the fuel filter ($55) and the primer button ($45). Then I had to get it towed to a local mechanic. Auto Barn did send a Mass Air Flow Sensor for free, but my truck is STILL in the shop after 2 weeks. All I want is for them to cover the repairs since they promised me the truck was serviced and running fine when I paid for it in full.

Auto Barn We've been waiting for 6 months for a refund to our lender that they got back in 10 for unused Gap Insurance

We've been waiting for 6 months for a refund to our lender that they got back in 10 for unused Gap Insurance. The car we bought had a total loss accident in July . After the insurance handled it, the gap insurance refunded $472.22 for the unused part to the dealer on 10/23. They were supposed to send it to the lender, but as of 4/1, they still haven't done it. We've called multiple times and left messages, but the person we need is always busy and doesn't answer. They won't return our calls or put a person on the phone. We've been put on hold for over 10 minutes, and when we call back, they refuse to answer and send us to voicemail, where they just ignore our messages. We've tried every option for service when calling, but the same issue happens with each "department". This money needs to be sent to the lender as soon as possible. The service is absolutely terrible, and it feels like theft at this point.

Auto Barn In August , I bought an F250 from Auto Barn, and I got GAP insurance too

In August , I bought an F250 from Auto Barn, and I got GAP insurance too. Then, in September , I paid off the loan and asked the dealership to cancel the GAP policy. The guy who sold me the car said they would take care of it and that I would get a refund. But, they didn't say anything about it for a few months. So, in January , I contacted the GAP company, Norman and Company, Inc., myself. The person there said that they never got a request to cancel, but I could send an email to request it. I sent the email, and they said the refund would go straight to the dealership, and then the dealership would give me the money back. In February, I called the dealership, and they said they got the refund and would send me a check. But, I still haven't gotten my $895 refund, and the dealership can't show me any proof that they sent it to me.

Auto Barn I bought a 2007 Audi Q7 from Auto Barn, LLC in February 2022

I bought a 2007 Audi Q7 from Auto Barn, LLC in February 2022. The total cost was $13798.00, with $7351.73 paid by credit card, $4000.00 in cash, and the remaining amount covered by trading in my personal vehicle, a Tahoe. The bank resolved a dispute regarding the credit card payment. However, I am currently facing difficulties in obtaining my title and the cash payment I made to the company. I have tried multiple times to contact the general manager, ***, by phone to resolve this matter, but have been unsuccessful. The vehicle had some issues when I purchased it, which I was aware of. However, there were more serious problems that were not disclosed until after I signed the paperwork. The seller agreed to fix them within 24 hours, but did not follow through. When I called the manager, they told me to pick up the vehicle and fix it myself, which I disagreed with because I am not a mechanic. This led me to request a refund, but the seller refused, and I have been fighting to get my money back ever since. I really need assistance with this matter.

Auto Barn After like 2 months I still ain't got my tag for my car after I bought it from Auto Barn LLC in Newnan, GA on 5/30

After like 2 months I still ain't got my tag for my car after I bought it from Auto Barn LLC in Newnan, GA on 5/30. I'm from South Carolina and they said they'd send all the papers to the SCDMV in like 30-45 days. It's been way more than that, Auto Barn LLC said they sent the papers to SCDMV like 3 weeks ago, but they couldn't even show me a tracking number to prove it. Then yesterday, 7/20, Auto Barn called me saying SCDMV said they didn't have a signature on one of the papers they got. Auto Barn said they'd send me the papers so I can deal with the DMV. But guess what? I still gotta pay the fees for the papers, title, and registration even though I gotta handle it myself now. And the SCMDV told me they never got anything from Auto Barn LLC to send back to them. It's just terrible!

Auto Barn I bought a *** X6 2012 from the dealer in March

I bought a *** X6 2012 from the dealer in March . Ever since I bought it, the engine light has been on and off. They constantly had to fix or repair something that only lasted temporarily. From March 17 - August 23rd, I have been contacting them regarding the car issues and back and forth it went to the shop. I even got a diagnosis early on from *** to show them the issues, but they told me that *** always was going to find things and they would fix it themselves. These things were never fixed which resulted in August the vehicle was not able to drive. I contacted them in August but no one replied back. So I took it back to *** only to find out that not only the engine is bad, amongst other components, but that the warranty they sold me won't approve any work. I took out a loan for this car of $12,000 and the car repairs are $15,000. Not considered for lemon law since those cars start at 2016 cars. I have called Auto Barn's general manager and left messages to phone and emails about the results *** has found, but no responses yet to them helping in anyway. I am really upset that they had to know this car was in this bad shape. I am paying a car note of $355 per month and this really is a sad feeling that I can't get any help or calls back as to anything they can do.

Auto Barn I got a 2015 GMC Yukon from Autobarn right before Christmas in 2020

I got a 2015 GMC Yukon from Autobarn right before Christmas in 2020. I had someone else sign with me on the loan. The sale went quick and easy. When I got home with the vehicle, everything seemed fine. But after a few days, I didn't hear anything about my loan. So, I called Auto Barn and they said they needed to redo the loan. They said they would send me and my co-signer new loan paperwork to sign through email. I waited a few days and called them again because I never got anything. Before I called, I checked with the tax commissioners office to see if they sent out my tags. They said they didn't have any information about a sale on my vehicle. I called Auto Barn again and told them that. Then, they finally emailed me and my co-signer the loan paperwork. We both signed it and sent it back to Auto Barn.

A few weeks went by and my temporary tag was about to expire. I called the tax commissioners office to see if I could get a new temporary tag. I also asked if they had the title or anything for my vehicle. They said they didn't, but I could get new temporary tags. I called Auto Barn and told them I couldn't get my tags because they hadn't done an emissions check on my vehicle. I had to pay for the emissions check myself. The person doing the emissions check told me that Auto Barn should have paid for it. I called Auto Barn and told them this, and they said they would send me the check. They said it was late when I bought the vehicle, so they didn't have time to do it. But it's been a month and a half since I got my tags and emissions check, and I still haven't received the check from Auto Barn.
