caps ought and order cancelled without refund
On 10/6/23 I ordered and paid for through paypal $177.76 for 4 caps for 1988 GMC pickup. This amount was charged twice to my card by paypal. The product was never shipped because you had only 2 caps. You cancelled the order. My
card was never credited for the the charges. i tried to contact paypal without success. Please look into this . I await your reply.

This is the absolute worst website
This is the absolute worst website. After 2 emails, 3.5 weeks waiting for my centercaps, 1 vague response stating that the caps had been shipped (but with no tracking number available), I disputed with my credit card company. This merchant is what makes online buying not fun. I ordered my caps from a different website and received the brand new caps within 2 business days.

We placed an order for a center cap on 3/26, for $34.99! The site indicated it would ship in 72 hours. We attempted to contact them 4 hours later as this price is double what is customary for this product. They will not provide a phone number on their site, stating they respond quickly to emails. Multiple emails were sent requesting this order to be canceled. On 3/30 we received an emailing saying it was shipped. We requested credit as the order had been canceled, it's companies like this that give the internet sales a bad reputation, unfair to those the provide good service and fair prices.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
