I call in on 07 / 08 / 2014 and spoke to a customer service rep from aul. I completely gave them the diagnosis of my car and the parts description and part number. The rep told me under my coverage the parts was covered. I went to a mechanic who didnt want to deal with aul because of the nonpayments he already had issues with. So i paid him out of my pocket and he call the claim in and now they are staying the parts are not covered. They are the wrost and i promise they will not get away with this. All scott louis do is avoid calls from the customers. If you need a extended warranty please consumers dont buy one from aul.

    i bought a warranty from this company and they are refusing to repair my car i cant believe this and the dealer said they stand behind this company what a joke and whats wrong with my car is to be covered and the say its not happy at all
