I've been a customer at Audio Advisor for quite some time now. Gotta say, I've had my fair share of ups and downs with this company. Unfortunately, I've reached my breaking point after they failed to sort out my refund for a hefty sum of $450-600. Let me tell you, that's a whole lot of dough for someone like me. I sent back not one, not two, but three packages over a month ago. Can you believe it? They never received my packages, which means no refund for yours truly. And you know what's even worse? I didn't have any proof of postage to back me up. Talk about a major bummer!

To make matters worse, they couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number like they usually do with every order. I mean, come on! How am I supposed to keep track of my precious packages without that number? It's like they're playing hide and seek with my hard-earned cash. And let me tell you, if you're thinking of just dropping off your package without any proof of postage, you're in for a rude awakening. They won't lift a finger to help you out, no matter how much moolah you've spent with them.

So, my fellow audio enthusiasts, take my advice and tread carefully when dealing with Audio Advisor. Make sure you've got that proof of postage in your hands before sending anything their way. Otherwise, you might just end up losing your hard-earned money like I did. And trust me, that's not a situation you want to find yourself in.

I've tried to order from this company twice, but both times I ended up feeling discouraged and went elsewhere. Specifically, I went to Amazon. I wanted to support a small retailer, but in this case, they really don't deserve it. The person who pushed me away most recently was Brian. He claimed to be their top salesperson, but I swear a rock in the parking lot has a higher IQ than him. He had no idea about a well-known audio product and couldn't even remember what I had contacted him about. In short, the guy is a complete idiot! And he actually suggested that I buy it from Amazon. I took his advice, but I can't help but wonder what the business owner would think about that! I'm honestly baffled as to how they manage to stay in business. It's the question of the day, really.

This website has been around for a really long time and they sell a bunch of good and not so good stereo stuff. The prices for audio gear are super high, so these sellers make a ton of money from what they sell. This website is just like any other website when it comes to pricing, nothing special. They also put up reviews of their products, but here's the thing: they don't show any negative reviews or even reviews that are just honest. It's kind of weird because you can't really get a good idea of what a product is really like if all the reviews are just super positive. It makes me feel uneasy because it seems like they have their own agenda, you know? They only care about making money and don't really care about the customers. It's like they're not really living up to their name of being an "audio advisor". They're just salespeople with no integrity, and they're definitely not here to help you. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I recently made a purchase from Audio Advisor, as I was interested in buying a product that would cost me around $3k. After completing a form to request a call back regarding the product, I received a call from a representative. Unfortunately, this person seemed to have no knowledge about the product or any technical aspects related to it. They were unable to answer any of my questions and displayed a rude attitude towards me. It appeared as though they were annoyed by my inquiries and had no intention of providing any sales support or information.

To make matters worse, when I asked if there was someone else who could assist me with my basic questions, they did not offer any alternative. In fact, they even provided an incorrect answer to one of my questions. When I pointed out their mistake, their frustration escalated even further. Eventually, I had to ask them directly why they were calling, to which they abruptly responded, "Ok, this call is over." Without any farewell, they abruptly ended the call.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed by this experience and I have no intention of purchasing from Audio Advisor again. Furthermore, I cannot recommend this company to others. It is disheartening to be interrupted during my work day by a rude individual who lacks knowledge about the products they are trying to sell. Instead of making up for their lack of expertise, they chose to treat me poorly. This behavior reflects poorly on the company itself, as it is evident that they employ individuals who are not fit for their roles. Perhaps a more fitting brand name for them would be "Audio Axxholes."
