The service provided by AAA Appliance Service Center was excellent. They were very courteous, patient, and thorough. We utilize AAA Appliance through our home warranty company and are (and had been previously) quite pleased with the high level of work and care.

AAA Appliance Service Center helped us twice, once for a wall oven and recently for a washer. They are excellent in their response to the issue, and in a more than timely fashion. Their technicians are first rate, knowledgeable, and very respectful of your time and your property.

Terri from AAA appliance worked on my Viking refrigerator and Range, did an excellent job. Diagnosed the problem right away and ordered the part and returned to replace the part in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, would highly recommend him.

Braydon was professional and thorough from start to finish. He communicated what he was doing and why he was doing it, and he listened and validated my concerns. Braydon ordered the parts and will return to finish the job. I highly recommend AAA Appliance Service Center and Braydon!

We had an issue with our 3 year old dryer. AAA Appliance Service Center came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it when it came in. He also gave us some tips on maintaining our dryer and washer. The people I spoke with at the office were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use AAA Appliance again.

I called with a emergency issue with a refrigerator failing, that was holding medicine for a hospice patient. They were able to rearrange the service schedule and their technician arrived and did an amazing job with accessing the issues with the refrigerator. I was amazed with the professional and very knowledgeable information given during the appointment. I will use them again and recommend to everyone. I could not ask for better!

AAA Appliance is outstanding. Terry efficiently replaced the cooling fan of our Wolf double oven range, not an easy job given he had to slide the 900# appliance from its built-in location to get at the rear. But he handled it all and the Wolf is back in full gear! Terry also was straightforward with our Meile dishwasher, pointing out that its repair would be expensive, which cemented our thinking that the dishwasher was at the end of its life. So we're replacing it rather than paying for repairs that Terry suggested may not be worth the money. Now that's service!
