Expert Appliance Repair has been handling my rentals for some time now and has always given me fast, friendly service! The rates can't be beat and I don't have to change my schedule to get anything repaired, so it only made sense to use them at my personal home residence when the dryer was acting up. Wow, we were so impressed with the prompt service on New Year's Day, no less! The company receptionist was so considerate and understanding. The technician was very professional and apparently smelled good (a note from the misses), wearing a coverall uniform so no butt crack... big plus, right! Same great rate! The part was ordered and installed with no hassles! Thank you Expert Appliance for making my life easier!

I had to get my ice maker fixed in my fridge. Ryan came and did an excellent job telling me what needed to be done and the cost. I wanted ice, so I said go ahead. He was really fast and even found out that the shut off valves to the main water and fridge were all corroded and needed fixing before he could finish. I made the mistake of calling a well-known plumbing company in Omaha, and they ended up charging me a ton of money because they said I needed more than just the valve replacement. I paid them, and then Ryan came back and he was shocked that they charged me so much and wouldn't give me a receipt. Anyway, Ryan got the job done and I was really happy with how much he knew and how respectful he was.
