Mishandling tenants
Atlantis promised an apartment on a certain date, and on that date calls up to say that it can't be let out. This incidentally has happened twice over the week. Had even paid in the deposit, and the admin fees, and after having signed the contract, they provide lame excuses and no compensation. I get a feeling they're playing around.

I have rented through Atlantis properties in READING for 2014 and in...
I have rented through Atlantis properties in READING for 2014 and in my experience the service provided was extremely poor, it would appear the other tenants in the property all experienced the same service. I WOULD strongly advise anyone considering to use them to steer clear. There are names I could provide but in all fairness they are all rude to a certain degree. Our property issues were never resolved in an efficient speedy manner it often required a few of us to email, call and all other forms of contacts before a response was provided and then we were accused of being rude when all we wanted for the service we paid for and not to be treated like absolute idiots. Please be warned awful agents
