Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I just got myself a 2017 ram 1500 rust bucket from ALM Mall of Georgia

I just got myself a 2017 ram 1500 rust bucket from ALM Mall of Georgia. Let me tell you, it's been the worst experience ever. My buddies also bought cars here and had the same rusty undercarriage problem. It's like a toddler went wild with a spray can on the undercarriage, brake calipers, and rotors. It's unbelievable that a company would sell such a product and still sleep at night. I've already spent over $4,000 on brakes, rotors, rims, tires, and front end parts for this 2017 truck with only 35,000 miles on it. It's just not acceptable. When I'm driving, it feels like the front wheels might just fall off any moment. I'm definitely going to report this to the ComplaintsBoard.com, and I know a bunch of other folks who will too. Seriously, don't even think about buying a car from ALM Mall of Georgia.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia Finance manager Mohammad was so unprofessional

Finance manager Mohammad was so unprofessional. I traded in a 2018 for a 2019 on August 27 (the 2018 was bought here but had to be returned 'cause it had issues within 7 days and they tried to fix it for a month and a half, so they bought it back and gave me the 2019 instead).
When I was signing the papers for the 2019, Mohammad was more into his cellphone than doing his job and making sure I had no questions or concerns. Then I asked him about when they would pay off the traded-in vehicle, and he didn't know. I called twice, on 9/7 and 9/16.
I asked if the payoff had been processed, and he said no, there's a team for that. I asked if he had any idea when it would happen 'cause the payment for the 2019 is due in 6 days, and it's still not paid off. He didn't seem to care and said he had never had a customer ask about this before. He sounded annoyed and didn't seem to understand how important it is to answer a customer's questions or concerns. He was so uninterested, distant, and sometimes even rude when I talked to him. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with him.

I bought this Range Rover velar earlier this year, but when I check the agreement, I paid $1500 for a protective coating for my car that was never put on. I've called and requested a refund, but they keep transferring me to different folks until they eventually hang up. All I want is my $1500 back.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I bought a truck from Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia in February

I bought a truck from Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia in February. However, by April, I had to return to the dealership three times due to five different issues. Fed up with the problems, I asked them to take the truck back, but they offered me less money than what I originally paid. The issues with the truck began on the very day I drove it off the lot. Additionally, they forced me to pay for paint and fabric protection, even though I didn't want it. They claimed that everyone is charged for it, which I found unfair. Moreover, they added various other extra charges that seemed unjust.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I called 10 times and talked to 2 managers

I called 10 times and talked to 2 managers. They all said they would honor the agreement I have in writing. I bought a CLA 250 on December 1st and they gave me a letter promising to give me an SD card for the navigation system because it was missing from the car. It's now June 6th and I've called them at least 6 or 7 times. I spoke to Matt, Tom, and someone else. They keep saying a woman is responsible for mailing the SD card, but I haven't heard anything yet. They wrote down that they owe me the SD card, but they won't give it to me. I drove all the way from Alabama to buy from them and this is how they treat me. I want the SD card for the $30k car I bought from them.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I bought a truck that had rust and was covered in paint

I bought a truck that had rust and was covered in paint. I recently got a 2017 Ram 1500 from ALM Mall of Georgia. The Ram I got had only 35,000 miles on it, but I had to replace some parts like the left lower control arm, rotators, and brakes. When the mechanic was fixing the truck, they had to saw off bolts on the lower control arm and brake calipers because the undercarriage was so rusty. They had painted the whole undercarriage and brake calipers to hide the rust. I told ALM about the issues, and they said they would exchange the truck for me. So, I started looking for a new truck, but all the trucks I found didn't have a crew cab or were rusty. I did find a GMC Denali Truck, but it was a trade-in because of serious rust problems. I'm trying to give ALM a chance to fix this, but I can't get a follow-up call about finding me a new truck. My experience with ALM has been terrible because of the rusty truck. Don't choose ALM for your next vehicle.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I bought a 2020 Camaro from a certified dealer at Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia

I bought a 2020 Camaro from a certified dealer at Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia. They told me that the horn was not working and the air conditioning was intermittent at the time of purchase. The salesman and manager, whose names I won't mention, advised me to take the car to a dealer in my area for repairs since all the parts were still under warranty. I made several calls to different dealerships, and they all directed me back to ALM. They informed me that the car had been in a wreck on October 7, resulting in severe condenser issues and the absence of a horn. ALM had concealed this information from me and still claimed that all the parts would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, as of March 17, no one is willing to service this car that I just purchased. I have no air conditioning and no working horn due to these defects and missing parts. I have contacted ALM, but they have not taken any action to repair the vehicle as they had promised, which goes against the standards set by the DMV and the commitments made when selling a used car. Since ALM was aware of these issues, I am requesting that they fulfill their obligation to service and repair all the problems with this car, which was sold to me under false pretenses and warranty.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I bought a 2017 Kia Soul in May

I bought a 2017 Kia Soul in May . Now, in June , I tried selling the car, but I was told that there is still an active loan/lease on it from Santander in 2017. Oh, and they said it had an accident that I wasn't informed about when I bought it. It's strange that this isn't the first time I'm hearing about ALM not mentioning accidents on their carfax reports. I informed ALM about this on the 8th and explained that I needed the title release or a letter stating there's no interest in the car before the 10th because the payment is due. They promised to resolve it, but it hasn't been resolved and I've been passed around in different calls. Now, my quote to sell the car has expired, I've made the payment, and it's due again. Why can't anyone help me with this? How come no one has been able to fix this situation? I understand it might be an error that isn't their fault, but it definitely isn't mine. Santander, CULS, and Carmax all direct me back to the dealership.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia Apparently it doesn't matter if you were a paying customer, they don't want business

Apparently it doesn't matter if you were a paying customer, they don't want business. We showed up today to purchase a vehicle - *** GLA. I already had my financing from my bank plus a deposit and knew exactly which car I wanted. Instead of anybody coming out to help us, they sent out some guy who tells us that they're closing and we're gonna have to leave. But if we want to look at vehicles, we need to park outside the gate. This was 5 PM. It's bad enough online it says they're open until 7pm, but the door says that they're open until six. He wouldn't even help us or answer any questions. I said that the door says that you close at six, he said yeah well I was told to come out here and tell y'all to leave. So I would suggest everybody just take their business elsewhere because there's no way in h*** I would ever give my money to someone or to a company like this. I will be filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com against this company and probably the Georgia state attorney general's office for discrimination because there was a family that came after us and you better believe that they went out and helped them, but they weren't black like us. It's crazy how we were told to leave but they weren't.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I signed a contract with ALM in Marietta

I signed a contract with ALM in Marietta. I paid my down payment and took the car home. 13 days later, I received a call saying they need more money. On February 4th, I went to ALM in Marietta, GA. I had been there for two days to get approved. Once everything was set, I paid my down payment and took home my 2020 Nissan Altima. I was excited because it's the first car I bought on my own. Yesterday, the manager of ALM called me and said the bank rejected my offer. They asked for another $500 and said they would rewrite my contract. I don't have that kind of money. I just paid $262 for insurance, and the $425 car payment is due in 10 days. I told my mom, who then called a friend who is a lawyer. They said ALM is known for this type of scam called the "yo-yo scam." It's really unethical and illegal. They advised us to hire a lawyer. When I mentioned this to the dealer, he referred me to some paperwork that I signed but never received. After pushing him for the paperwork, the bank's contact person, and other things I should have received, he told me to bring the car back! Can you believe it? This man has some nerve. I worked hard to get this car. Later, he asked me to bring in my most recent paystubs, as if I didn't already do that when I started the process.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia BEWARE! This dealership is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with

BEWARE! This dealership is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Negotiating the price was a hassle, but that's expected at any car dealership. However, they tried to take advantage of my age and play some tricks. Luckily, I've dealt with other dealerships before, so I knew what to expect. After working with a salesperson, we agreed on a monthly price and shook hands. But when I went to sign the papers in the financing office, I was shocked to see a different price. I told the finance manager that this wasn't what we agreed on and asked them to bring the salesperson. They admitted to a "minor mistake" but still couldn't match the original price. It wasn't too far off, so I reluctantly agreed.

Not even 24 hours after leaving the dealership, my new vehicle broke down. I wanted to return it and get my trade-in back, but the salesperson told me there was only a 3-day or 300-mile warranty for returns. They said the earliest they could have it serviced was the following Wednesday (I bought it on a Friday). I knew that by then, the warranty would be over and I couldn't return the vehicle. They pulled one of their sneaky tricks on me. After a week of not having my new vehicle, they finally found someone to service it.

Lastly, I bought this vehicle on May 13th and still haven't received the title. The tag office in my county has tried to contact the dealership multiple times, and I've left countless voicemails (even to ALM corporate), but no one ever calls back. It's frustrating. I strongly advise against going to this dealership to avoid getting scammed like I did.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia Damaged filthy vehicle with broken promises to repair and detail

Damaged filthy vehicle with broken promises to repair and detail. Poor customer service and wasted time, gas, wages, and emotional distress. My husband and I have been customers at your ALM Mall of Georgia store in Buford, GA since 2015. Back then, Fred was our salesman. We had no complaints. We recently made another purchase last week on Thursday, August 6th. The experience was completely different, as I will explain below (I will also include pictures/video).

On Monday, August 3rd, I saw a 2019 Infiniti QX60 on your website that I was interested in, so I contacted the dealership to inquire. Matthew is who I communicated with at that point and moving forward as well. I explained to him that I was preapproved through Capital One and would be coming in with my preapproval letter. He sent me his business card by email, I believe, and made contact the next day. I specifically asked him if the vehicle was available because I would be driving an hour to get there. He told me yes, they have 2 available.

I left work early and made the trip, only to arrive and be told by him in person that unfortunately, another store picked up the vehicle and they didn't have it, but it would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and he said tomorrow again. Then fast forward to Thursday and he said the vehicle would be there by 6:30, which it was. I arrived to instantly see a huge scratch covering the entire rear passenger ***, a cracked grill in the front of the vehicle, the interior and entire headliners and sun visors covered/stained in a dark brown substance, and the rear bumper very poorly and loosely fitted. Additionally, one of the alloy rims was chewed up really badly.

Matthew agreed and put it in writing to take care of these issues. Additionally, I took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for an inspection where they made it clear that despite the Carfax report, the vehicle clearly had some sort of rear impact because the bumper was really loose, the muffler was bent, and someone attempted to poorly put it back together. I also spoke to Matthew about this and waited patiently for 8 days for him to tell me when to bring the vehicle back in for these issues to be resolved. He messaged me to bring it in on Friday, August 14th at 10:00 am. I made the long drive yet a 3rd time and took the day off from work to do so. I left the car at 9:50 am. He messaged me later in the evening stating that my car would be ready at 6:30 pm. I arrived and the car was still filthy and stained. The only thing that had been "resolved" (if this is what they call a resolution) was the scratch. Nothing else had even been touched as I was promised.

Three separate round trips to purchase a $26,000 vehicle that just came out last year, and this is what I am left with. A filthy damaged vehicle with broken promises. No detailing or cleaning or repairing anything that was promised to me. These are very poor business practices, and I feel extremely taken advantage of. Lost time, wages, money, gas, and extreme emotional distress. I am attempting to reach a resolution before going to the ComplaintsBoard.com and leaving reviews online and so forth. If you'd kindly get with your store manager, Fred, at this location since he is unreachable to resolve these issues and compensate me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Mall of Georgia I saw an ad for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S

I saw an ad for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S. Went to see it, it was falsely advertised. They checked my credit prior to talking numbers. 7/18. I saw an ad on cargurus.com for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S with back up camera, blue tooth, alloy wheels, quick order package, for $30,844. I could see on the website where it was listed for $28,400 on June 26. I messaged the dealership through the cargurus website, asking if the Jeep was still available and if the price was negotiable, as I can see the original price. I was told by Rosa it was available and the sales person would let their manager know I could see the price history and the original price, to come see the jeep and we could make a deal. I got off work early and drove an hour away to go see the Jeep. When I got there, the sales person Rosa that I had spoken to was busy with another customer, so a sales person named Seven helped my husband and I. She pulled the Jeep up so we could see it. We discovered it was a Sport, NOT a Sport S. I had printed off the ad and brought it with me. It did not have blue tooth, a backup camera, alloy wheels, or the quick order package. I asked Seven to check the VIN number against the ad to make sure it was the correct Jeep, and it was. I asked her why it was advertised as having all those additional features, she said she wasn't sure and maybe that was meant to be placed on an ad for a different jeep. After we got back from test driving, she asked us a bunch of information for a credit application, instead of letting us fill it out. She asked what we wanted our monthly payment to be, to which I replied it wasn't about the monthly payment, I wanted to know what the final price of the Jeep would be. I also said I wanted it for the original price of $28,400, not the current advertised price of $30,844. She took paperwork to her manager and was gone for about 10 minutes. While she was gone, and this was without telling us the price of the jeep or discussing any numbers, my husband and I both got an alert on our phones from Credit Karma saying they had checked our credit already. She then comes out with a piece of paper with the monthly payments we could expect if we put the loan on 48 months, 60 months, or 72 months. We told her absolutely not, we wanted the price of the jeep, not the monthly payments. She then pulls out a different piece of paper showing the price at almost $33,000. We told her no way, this whole thing was falsely advertised, and asked why the price wasn't even the current advertised price on the ad I had printed out. She stated car prices change everyday, and tomorrow this Jeep could be $1000 more. My husband asked her if that happened, would they honor the day before price, to which she stated no. We told her we would not do business with them, at which point she brought out the manager. He offered us $600 off the almost $33,000 price, but that was the best he could do. We asked him about the ad, and he shrugged his shoulders and stated it wasn't update. We left. He called my husband's cell phone about 1 mile down the road, stating he had called his regional manager and they were willing to take an additional $1000 off the price. We told him no. We drove an hour out of our way for a Jeep that was blatantly falsely advertised, then lied to about the price.
