Left a deposit on a car we liked, but didn't end up buying it. Sales guy, ***, said he'd give deposit back in 3-5 biz days if we didn't buy. Been over a week, still no deposit. Called him and dealer, no luck. Be careful with this dealer, especially with this guy!

I hit up this car place to check on a car they had and if it was still up for grabs. They got back to me and sent me the deets on the car (with the price on their site). Then, when I talked to the "sales boss," he told me that the car was actually 30% more than the price on their site because of some supply chain probs. That's a classic bait and switch move, and it's super shady. Don't ever do biz with these guys. They're not ethical. If you're gonna put a price on your site, stick to it, even if it's more than MSRP.

Service department was terrible. I brought my car in for a check engine light. They replaced 2 sensors. When I came to pick it up the check engine light was on, I walked back in the service manager walked out with me. Cleared the engine light and said oh the mechanic just forgot to shut it off. 3 hours later it was back on. I called the dealership and no one called me back. I happen to call back and the manager answer, who was supposedly out of the dealership that day. I explained and we arranged for it to be looked at. This time they said it needed a Mass air flow sensor and that that was on the original scan of the car. Yet, never was mentioned to me. I consulted 2 other mechanics and both said the Mass air flow should have been the 1 st sensor to repair and then see if the other sensory stop throwing codes. They took me for a ride for a lot of money. I took my cat else where to be fixed for far less money and done correctly.

I got a 2016 GMC from Herb Connolly Chevrolet on April 8th. In the first week, the check engine light flashed 10 times. I called the dealer and had to make an appointment for service on the 18th, which was a week later. I brought it in and explained that the *** wasn't working and also that the *** kept bucking. They had it for a week and fixed the ***. The service advisor told me they took it for a ride but didn't find anything. I had it for less than a week and it did the same thing. I called *** and told him I had to make an appointment again to bring it in. I brought it in on the 7th, which brings my 30-day lemon law soon expiring. I got the *** back a week later and *** said they switched wires around. It was the transmission, so now I have to replace the transmission for a *** I bought 3 months ago that I paid $26k for. The repair is going to cost me $4k. This dealership micky moused the problem to cover up so the 30-day will expire. I work hard for my money. The *** rep is *** no help. *** the manager said he bought it, his problem now.

I bought a 2012 chevy malibu LT from this dealer on june 13th. My husband heard a weird noise from the back left side of the car a few days after we got it. The noise was sometimes there and sometimes not, but then it got worse and kept happening. My husband said we should get our mechanic to check it out since it was a used car. Our mechanic said the back pads and rotors were worn out and the left rear pad was bent. He said we should fix it right away since it could make the car not stop when we hit the brakes. We agreed and also had the car checked for safety again. After it was fixed, I asked the dealer to pay us back the $350 we spent on the repairs and safety check. I thought it was fair since we had only had the car for 11 days and brakes are important. But the dealer said there was nothing wrong with the car just because of a noise. I was surprised since our mechanic had found the problem and showed us the old pads and rotors. The dealer didn't want to talk to us and the person who sold us the car was gone. They didn't call us back even though we left messages. I think this dealer is not honest and can't be trusted. They gave us a list of repairs and services they did on the car before we bought it, but now I don't think it's reliable. How can rear brakes that don't work well be safe?
