Biener Audi I bought an Audi Q5 2019 with only 14k miles from sales ***

I bought an Audi Q5 2019 with only 14k miles from sales ***. Just 3 days later, the Check engine light turned on. I reached out to Kit initially, but he didn't do anything to help. Then I tried contacting the General Manager, but no one returned my call. It's been a month since I bought the car, and I'm still dealing with the same problem. I took the car to the Mount *** center, and they are now trying to assist me. My point is, if I bought a new car, I shouldn't have to deal with these issues. I'm pretty sure that if I were a white person who just bought a $45k car, the service would have been different, and I would have been given a solution right away!

Biener Audi I gotta write this review 'cause I want y'all to know 'bout Biener Audi

I gotta write this review 'cause I want y'all to know 'bout Biener Audi. So, here's the deal. I was sick of takin' my Masarati Ghibli for repairs, so when my lease ended, I decided to get a reliable car. Ended up leasin' an Audi RS5 from Biener. Now, durin' the lease process, I gotta admit, their dealings didn't seem completely legit, but they gave me a good deal, so I went for it. When I brought my car in for service, they gave me a loaner car. And that's when things went south. I accidentally hit a raccoon with the loaner and messed up the front bumper. Got an estimate from a body shop, 'bout $2,500. Called up Biener and they said I should bring the car in. The service guy, Charles G, told me it'd cost 'round $3,500 to fix it up. I didn't wanna involve my insurance, so I said I'd get back to him. Next day, Charles calls me and says it's gonna cost a whopping $25,000 to fix the bumper. I nearly had a heart attack. 25 grand for a bumper! To cut it short, I offered to buy the car from 'em. It only had 'bout 3k miles and the sticker price was $36k (Audi A4). But they said they couldn't sell it to me. So, I asked to talk to the Service Director, Stephen G. That guy was real rude and didn't wanna help at all. Then I asked to speak to the owner, and boy, was that a mistake. The owner was even worse than his staff. I leased an 80K car, but they couldn't give a damn. No matter how much I begged, they didn't care. Ended up havin' to go through my insurance, which is what I was tryin' to avoid. I ain't ever buyin' or leasin' from Biener Audi again. Hopefully, someone else reads this and avoids 'em too. I ain't got nothin' against 'em, but they're a bunch of shady car guys with no morals.

Biener Audi I keep getting the same invoice from the company for $1255.23, but I don't know what it's for

I keep getting the same invoice from the company for $1255.23, but I don't know what it's for. I leased a car from them through a brokerage and paid everything they asked for. I called the company multiple times for clarification, but they played games with me, transferred me, and hung up on me a few times. I spoke to Ms. Lauren at exc ***, and she was supposed to get back to me, but she never returned my call. I also called the manager, Jessey at exc ***, and left her many messages, but she didn't return my call.

Biener Audi I went to Biener Audi on 3/17/22 to get my car serviced

I went to Biener Audi on 3/17/22 to get my car serviced. I told them that the exhaust was not working properly. They had my car for a whole 2 weeks, but unfortunately, they didn't manage to fix the exhaust. They said they won't have the necessary parts until July! I finally picked up my car on 3/30/22. Besides the annoying noise and uncomfortable feeling while driving, there's also a risk of CO exposure. I've been experiencing headaches, dizziness, and fatigue. It's really frustrating because I'm now looking to buy a new vehicle since I can't wait for Biener to fix it, especially after spending $4k. They really take advantage of their customers when they come in for service. The labor costs are outrageous, and to make matters worse, they don't even solve the problem.

Biener Audi I bought a 2011 Audi Q5 at Biener Audi Dealership last year

I bought a 2011 Audi Q5 at Biener Audi Dealership last year. Just recently, I started smelling gas in the car. After doing some research, I found out that there was a recall on these cars because of faulty Fuel Tank *** and fuel rails. I reached out to the dealership, but the service representative didn't want to fix the car. She told me that the issue was already resolved in the car, but she doesn't know when or where it was fixed. She said the problem is too old, so they won't fix it. An Audi Specialist warned me that if I keep driving the car, it could explode. This is a big repair

Biener Audi On June 1st, I brought my car to Biener Audi to replace the cigarette lighter

On June 1st, I brought my car to Biener Audi to replace the cigarette lighter. Around 4:30, they informed me that they had misplaced the car key earlier that day. I provided them with another key and they assured me that they would fix the car. However, by the end of the day, they called to let me know that no work had been done and that they would need the car for an additional day. The manager did offer a partial discount on the repairs and replaced the cigarette lighter. They also promised to deliver a new key within three days.

I expressed my concern about the lost key, as it also contained my house keys. Mike D, one of the staff members, reassured me not to worry and assured me that they would find the keys. However, on June 8th and 9th, I called to inquire about the status of the keys. Mike informed me that the Audi keys had not been delivered yet. I expressed my worry that our car could potentially be stolen until the new key arrived and was programmed. Additionally, I needed to obtain new house keys.

Unfortunately, Mike became very unpleasant and offered me a check for the remaining balance of the cigarette lighter repairs. He repeatedly claimed that I was being illogical. In my opinion, this dealership is poorly managed, negligent, and rude, providing poor customer service.

Biener Audi I bought a car from Biener Audi on September 24th

I bought a car from Biener Audi on September 24th. It was an Audi Q5 that I saw on their website. The price listed was $37,495. Since I was buying the car from a different state, I asked for an invoice to help me with financing. The invoice I got showed a retail price of $39,485, which was about $1990 more than the advertised price. I asked about the extra costs and they said it was because of a state inspection fee of $1295 and an out of state registration fee. I wanted these costs to be shown separately on the invoice so that the taxes wouldn't be too high. But they didn't do that, and I think I ended up paying for things that were never explained to me, even when I got the car. I registered the car myself, so I shouldn't have had to pay the out of state registration fee, but they said it was different. They also told me that they didn't have to tell me anything.

Biener Audi I bought a 2020 A4 Audi on 07/02 from the Used Biener Audi Dealership

I bought a 2020 A4 Audi on 07/02 from the Used Biener Audi Dealership. The car cost 33495.00. The total cash price, including the 2447.34 sales tax, came to 38432.34. They added some hidden title and pdi fees, even though they claim on their website that they don't have any hidden or surprise fees like dealer fees, dealer administration fees, dealer prep fees, or any other surprises. They didn't disclose or provide any written notice about these charges. When I asked for an explanation of the charges, Ali Leonardo wrote it down with a sharpie. When I spoke to the general manager, they insisted that it was verbally communicated, but it wasn't. I contacted another local Audi dealership that charges dealer fees, and they informed me that they have a disclosure on the retail installment contract to make buyers aware of this charge. If it's not disclosed, it could be considered illegal, and they suggested I contact the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Biener Audi I went to Biener Audi on December 12, 2022 to check out a used car

I went to Biener Audi on December 12, 2022 to check out a used car. The price listed for the vehicle was $23,990. I decided to trade in my car, but unfortunately, I ended up with a negative balance of $3,300. On top of that, the manager told me I had to pay $500 for paperwork and taxes. I was confused because the loan amount he took out was $32,000, which didn't make sense. When I asked him about the extra $5,000, he explained that the bank charges 3.5 years of interest upfront. I had never heard of this before.

The manager quickly showed me another contract and rushed me to sign it. He hid the final paperwork in the glove box of the new car and told me everything was all set. When I got home, I couldn't find the paperwork and contacted my lawyer. He informed me that he had put it in the glove box. Finally, when I found it and reviewed the paperwork from the manager, it showed a $32,000 loan. This was not what we had agreed upon. The manager was being sneaky and shady.

I work really hard, especially now that I have a baby. It feels like he's taking money out of my child's mouth. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please help.

Biener Audi Biener Audi is a car dealership that I recently had an experience with

Biener Audi is a car dealership that I recently had an experience with. I encountered a few issues with the vehicle I purchased from them. Firstly, the vehicle lights would malfunction sporadically, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I received an MMI error message and had to do a hard restart of the MMI to resolve the issue. Another problem I faced was that the ACC with Traffic jam assist was unavailable when I tried to use the cruise control on Saturday, April 2.

During the initial test drive, I noticed several faults in the car. However, by Thursday, April 7, the warning lights had disappeared. I must say that Biener Audi did not just clear the codes, but they actually fixed and resolved the problems, which I appreciated.

On Friday, April 8, I asked for details about the repairs done at the dealer to fix the faults. Unfortunately, they did not have detailed consumer reports to provide me with. They assured me that all their inspections are done internally, and the fact that I was buying a vehicle from an Audi franchise dealership should demonstrate how carefully they go through and inspect each of their vehicles. It's not like a regular used car lot, they claimed.

Finally, on Saturday, April 16, I purchased the vehicle. I asked the manager to show me the details of the service performed, but they were unable to provide them. They only showed me the repair of the side assist module from November. Moreover, I was informed that I had a short amount of warranty left, only 3 months. However, it turns out that this information was not true.

As soon as I left the lot, I noticed the Pre-Sense warning light, and I called immediately to express my concern. The dealer told me not to worry about it and assured me that it would go away. However, I remained hesitant and concerned that it would not. After driving for about an hour, I experienced the aforementioned issues again and promptly informed the dealer. However, they refused to let me take the vehicle anywhere else for repairs and insisted that I bring it back to Biener.

Overall, my experience with Biener Audi has been a bit disappointing. The issues with the vehicle and the lack of transparency regarding the repairs and warranty have left me feeling frustrated. Additionally, the dealer's insistence on having the vehicle fixed only at their dealership is inconvenient for me. I hope that they can address these concerns and provide better customer service in the future.

Biener Audi I went to Biener Audi in Great Neck to get my car checked out

I went to Biener Audi in Great Neck to get my car checked out. I had a problem with my 2015 AUDI A6 where the check engine light would come on and the car would stall when I started it, and sometimes it would turn off when I stopped. I told them to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it before I paid anything. They said okay, no problem. Later that day, they told me the car needed new spark plugs and a complete service, which would completely fix the car and make the check engine light go away. They said it would cost $1751 for the work. A few days later, the car was ready. I went to the counter, paid the money I owed, and went to start my car in the parking lot. To my disappointment, the car was still stalling and the check engine light was still on. I told the manager about it, and he seemed confused. He said there was no mechanic available at the time and suggested I take a loaner car and give them more time to look at it. Two days later, the mechanic told me that my entire engine needed to be fixed and it would cost an additional $3379. I was really angry. They basically made me pay $1751 for a complete lie. Both AUDI Great Neck and Audi corporate refused to do anything about it. I tried contacting my credit card company, but had no luck. I was basically scammed out of $1751. Please help. I ended up trading in the car because I couldn't justify spending a total of $5500 to fix it. I no longer have the car. My wife, Lauren Dallego, can also provide any necessary information. Her phone number is ***.

Biener Audi On Thursday 3/17/2022, I went to Biener Audi in ***

On Thursday 3/17/2022, I went to Biener Audi in ***.*** I decided to buy a 2018 Audi A6 2.0T Vin: ***. We agreed on a price of $34,730. However, I faced a few issues during my experience:

1) The window sticker and paperwork I initially received belonged to a different car with the same model, year, color, and price but double the miles. After asking, I was given the correct paperwork.

2) I repeatedly asked in person, by phone, and email for a breakdown of all the fees I would have to pay when picking up the car, but I never received it. It was only when I went to get the car that I was given a piece of paper with the total amount and breakdown.

3) Biener Audi added $1700 to the car's price, increasing it from $34,730 to $36,430. They claimed it was for a $995 car inspection fee and a $695 title fee. They offered a small discount, but I refused and insisted on the agreed price of $34,730. Sales Manager *** then told me he had mentioned these fees the day before, which was not true. He also claimed they had to pay that money to the State and couldn't do anything about it, which was also untrue.

4) After arguing for over an hour on Friday, I ended up paying the extra $1700. When I received the final invoice, it mentioned an Audi Theft Protection for $1690. This was the first time I saw any mention of it. I hadn't asked for it or been offered it. I was told the car already came with it, and I didn't have to pay anything extra. The amount matched exactly with the additional $1700 I was tricked into paying for the inspection and title.

5) Halfway home, I noticed a tire inflation error, and upon reaching home, I discovered that one of the tires had a significant dent/cut that made it unsafe. I hadn't noticed this the previous day, so now I'll have to replace the tires.

Biener Audi 10/14 - I went to Biener Audi (Pre-owned location) and bought my first car

10/14 - I went to Biener Audi (Pre-owned location) and bought my first car. The customer service was terrible, but I managed to negotiate the price down to 29K from the original Pre-owned price of about 30K. My salesman, ***, took my license and necessary info to process with the bank. We agreed on a $25k down payment, with 6K on my AMEX and a certified check of 19K given the next day. I made my first down payment of 6K on my AMEX and signed the terminal receipt without any other paperwork. I still don't know how much the taxes and fees will be. An hour later, I was still waiting at the desk with no word from the salesman. I got frustrated and was then seated with the finance associate, ***, to close the sale. He gave me contracts to sign with a total price of $35,105.20 without explaining. Before signing, I asked him to write down the breakdown charges and why he hadn't explained them earlier. He listed the "doc, dmv, taxes, title, and an NYSIPDI" charge on scrap paper. He explained that the NYSIPDI charge of $1290 is a charge from every dealer for every CPO vehicle. I agreed and signed the contract. When I got home, my father reviewed the contract and realized that the "title & NYSIPDI charge" was not declared on the contract. I also didn't receive a "bill of sale". We contacted the dealer and *** to question it, but received no response. A few days later, I went back to the dealer to demand answers. I spoke with the finance manager, ***, who told me that the title/NYSIPDI charges were included in the cash price including tax, which raised concerns about potential wrongful charges (in photo). They should be listed and declared on the invoice along with the rest of the breakdown. I've spoken with Porsche, Mercedes, and other CPO dealers, and they have no knowledge of this term. I would like a refund for these undisclosed charges, totaling $1980.
