Summary: byline bank is responsible for Forgery and mortgage fraud and I'll not stop until I get justice.
Basically my name got forged on almost 100 documents and the loan officer who was approving the loan was the guy who also notarized all the forged signatures. Stinks to high heaven. Its all in my blog linked above.

HORRIBLE BANK.
They will nickel and dime you to death. Then when you pay off your loan charge astronomical loan closing fees.
Their website doesn't work for online banking.
Their customer support is horribe.
Wish I could give them 0 stars
It is like they take classes on how to be screwed up. The site always needs a secondary text to login. Why do I have a password at all if you need to text me?
The app is a total joke and has no features. Not that it ever works.
They can't even tell you your account number even after you confirm everything they ask. Their answer was to go to a branch... Hello idiots, its COVID, and your only branches that are open are drive-up only. This is Chicago, people don't have cars.
When they switched systems a few months back all their business accounts went dark for 4 days and none of the transactions would post.
I could go on and on about how Janky they are, but I have a job to do.
