ASUS system support (both Technical and Product) is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
It was a BAD mistake that I purchased their ProArt Studiobook. The whole user experience when compared to the previous DELL workstation shows how totally INCOMPETANT ASUS is as a computer system manufacturer and seller and Tech supporter.
My sincere recommendation to ALL new buyers is to KEEP AWAY from Asus. Other excellent US companies -- DELL, HP, etc. are the ones that really know their business.
