note: the clandestine government called a meeting yesterday (10/04/2021) and told all the media, all the tech companies, ceos so many other s to to support them to overthrow united states government.
The clandestine government said that they renewed the agreement they had with them that was expired, and within this one year, no media will be constitutinal nor democratic, no prosecution, america will still be under siege and within this one year ike nwangwa will not be around to disturb them again.
According to their spokesman, he said that part of the agreement was that all things will remain the same until they find a solution. (which means that the constitution of the united states' of america is not a solution)

They cancelled imputation which is the constitutional line of communication between the government and the society.
Nb: whenever for any reason at any time communication is cut off it has always been an enemies activity. So by doing that they besiege the country and cut off the government from the people, they also have and maintain many burial grounds, they kill in many ways, by gun. By injections in the hospitals, by nuclear poisoning and by bombs whether you fly nor floor.

As a clandestine government they refuse to submit to the authority of united states government, no 911 call, no police records which is the beginning of imputation, if they see any police talking to you, that police is dead, they warned the police not to talk to me or even wave at me and those who did last month last two months, i do not see them again, they have been killed.

August of 2019 i answered the invitation of oak ridge tn police to make a police report so they can find and give me my brother and children, inside the police department building, one judge, one fbi and one attorney general kidnapped me, all the police were on hand cuffs, some were killed, i mean at oak ridge tn. They were many of the justices, judges, fbi and department of justice but only three came out to kill me and was looking around to see if any body was around.

They captured chudi nwangwa my brother and a nuclear engineer (11/24/1954) captured gos nwangwa my disabled daughter (01/31/1995) captured evan nwangwa (11/28/2008) and capture phoebe nwangwa (10/17/2014) all since 2016 till now and have refused to release them to united states government rather have threatened war rather than prosecution.

They seized all my paychecks, my house, my jobs my personal businesses both here and in nigeria, stole my wallets several times and maxed my credit cards, retired me secretly then process all my benefits, seized all my cars and use my name to get money from companies, used my name to get food stamps from many states, and seize my food stamp and all my benefits, as at today, no income, no money, no food and no housing, my family taken from me and vowed that they must kill me or damage me.

They have close my whatsapp account on my device, they hack human beings, they hacked my phone, reroute my emails, block email addresses and phone numbers, seized all my degrees and certificate and government documents and poison me in any way possible and have plans to bomb many companies they have duped using the united states government name across the glove in other to hide evidence and kroger is one of their main target this time among others.

Remember, since they announced that there is no prosecution, mainly to cover the bombing of world trade center on 9/11 but as first idiots, they do not know that crimes are not covered, and the demands of the law must be met, and in other to do that the law must be enforced, in not the society will not be protected, government will not be preserved and system not secured, so please the government of united states of america, the congress, the state, county and city governments, the president, the police, the governors, the mayors, congress men and women, we cannot afford to loose america.

Therefore, do not be afraid of their terror and tough talk rather be strong and courageous we cannot afford to loose america, we must and cannot set anybody free no matter what, they must face justice and cannot get their citizenship back. We cannot beg them to submit nor surrender because the constitution of united states of america have no apologies, if they do not submit nor surrender, then the government will crush their head, because they cannot reproduce our law, so do not surrender our constitution to the enemies of the state by setting them free without enforcing the law.

Again and most importantly, the constitution of united states of america is our character, so to defend and uphold means to defend and uphold our character, now if we set them free and dot enforce the law that means those are our character and constitution, god forbid amen.

Assurance Wireless replacement phone

After the cell phone company decided that my phone was beyond repair and I was eligible for a replacement I was told that I would receive it in 5 to 7 days that was on September 13th I have called numerous times each time I'm told that it will be one or two more days mean while a tracking number has not even been issued yet they will not cancel and place a new order and it will not allow me to bring my own phone to hook up to my service it is a government free cell phone so it says if they can do whatever they want because I'm not a paying customer that's how it seems

Inept badly run company. Ridiculous. Most reps haven't a clue. They also talk over me. Very frustrating. Used to be great. What happened? Wait times are outrageous. Record keeping a joke. I dread calling them

My phone quit working they sent me a replacement and the phone they sent didnt work while waiting for third phone they shut off my service I had to reapply I did and still waiting on phone I got no notice of service of turned back on new phone should be here Wednesday the first time find told me new phone would be sent after 2 weeks I called back to hear that no new phone was ordered this isnt right I had to reapply and go through a bunch of B.S that never should of happened none my fault your service is awfull.

Assurance Wireless smartphone

To who it may concern,

I applied online for a smartphone on August 8, 2021 after an encounter with Assurance Wireless at Walmart Supercenter on Princeston in Orlando, Florida. There were two people there qualifying for the phone. After giving them all my information, I qualified. however, they were asking for $50.00 dollars for the phone that I did not have. Thats the reason I qualify.

My application was approved on line and was told that I would get a phone with the unlimited service, unlimited talk, text and data. I had to wait 5 to 10 weeks. I am still waiting for the phone. I did NOT received the phone. But customer service could not understand that. There were 2 investigation, so they said about phones that were sent. It seems someone does have the service and the phone because I received two letters about not using the phone and that I would loose the service? I do not even have a phone number. I never installed or anything because I did not get the phone.

Assurance Wireless Replacement phone lie to several times by assurance wireless workers

I called Assurance Wireless to report that my Assurance Wireless phone which is a wikko phone was flashing bright colors on and off it look like it was trying to contact aliens or something I called them to see what could be done and first I spoke to a gentleman who works there he gave me a reference number and everything inside of my new my replacement phone would be in the mail we hung up I got off the phone well last Friday which was 17th of September I called back spoke to a lady and told her exactly what was going on with the phone again told her the gentleman gave me a reference number I gave her the reference number she typed it in and said okay it has not bourbon shipped out I am going to put in a rush order for you to get your new phone and 3 days I called today and Assurance Wireless wants me to pay them $25 that I don't have so I don't know what in the world is going on wherever you guys are at but I am on disability and I have always depended on the sides Wyler's to cover my butt to make sure I am able to speak to my thirteen-year-old daughter and for about I don't know since my stepsons birthday September around September 10th do right now is where I am having my problem with Assurance Wireless still I all I'm asking is it Assurance Wireless do what the hell was said to me at my first phone call with the gentleman that y'all need to keep you record it so that way when somebody scam somebody on disability like has been done to me you guys need to go ahead and hold up your end of the bargain and just go ahead and send me my replacement phone that is all I ask I wasn't asking for a replacement phone I just asked if there was any way that somebody was willing to help me figure out where I could get a replacement screen for the phone I have but the gentleman said he would have placed the phone and I am yet sitting here with my phone right now in front of me going looking like a damn flashlight

Assurance Wireless Customer service

In May I started having problems with Assurance Wireless because they didn't understand that the lifeline was separate from the EBB program. I quickly figured out the problem & rectify the issue. I do not have the EBB on my lifeline free phone. It is used for my internet. I've had Assurance Wireless for quite a few years now & never had an issue with my automatic payment being withdrawn at the beginning of the month. As soon as I told them that they could not have my EBB they stopped doing my auto-pay withdrawal. And every month I've been having issues with running out of minutes because I did not know that they were no longer going to automatically take the money out of my bank account. I have gotten every excuse and every reason why and each time I straightened it out paid for my minutes and thought okay it's fixed. But today was the final straw! Today I was just plain angry. I mean how many months does this have to go on where a disabled elderly woman is running out of her phone minutes & doesn't realize her phone is not working until she goes to use it and cannot. Thank God I didn't have to call 911 in case there was an emergency. I called and I was pretty upset and I'm being given platitudes and having smoke blown up my [censored] by these Filipino customer service folks. And in the past their niceness was great but I realized it didn't mean Squad. Who cares how nice you are if you're going to keep making the same mistake over and over for 4 months straight. And I keep getting the same crap hand it to me and obviously they don't know what they're talking about because the same thing keeps happening over and over. Finally this guy hung up on me because I was so angry I was cussing. Then he blocked my phone so I couldn't call back the customer service and then my phone was shut off completely. How to go use my neighbor's phone to call Assurance Wireless. The three hours I went back and forth calling Assurance Wireless customer service and they kept hanging up on me. It didn't matter whether I was cussing or not they just didn't want to deal with me. I have never been treated this way. I have never had such a problem with the phone company before. I'm paying every month for unlimited minutes and paying for extra data. I've never given Assurance Wireless a lick of trouble. I've been a good customer. I've always been happy with my service. I have recommended Assurance Wireless too many people. But after the last four months I've given up. I'm not going to recommend Assurance to anybody anymore. The last person I spoke with finally told me that for people that are have the lifeline service they can no longer have their account set up where their payments are automatically deducted because of the EBB. It didn't matter how many times I called and try to set it up or that the customer service reps tried to set it up it was automatically turned off. They did this without informing me. They did this without giving me as a reason why and every time I called the customer service reps seemed oblivious. It was only the second to last customer service rep that informed me. And when I was like okay that's fine can I just call up and pay this every month and she was like yes I was like great let me give you my card and what did she do she disconnects me it's puts me through to some automated system that wants me to take a survey. I ended up having to call back yet again probably what the 9th time this is just so I can get this freaking bill paid. I do not mind calling up and paying my bill every month but I'll be quite honest that I am concerned because these customer service reps don't know their [censored] from their elbows. To be disconnected and not helped for 3 hours is unacceptable. They were being spiteful and Petty and not doing their jobs. They purposely sabotage my account by blocking me out of it. I couldn't go online and get into my account which was one of the things I was upset about and I couldn't get anyone to help me on the phone. No one seemed to know why my auto payments for it coming out and no one seemed concerned about it and everyone wanted to blow smoke up my [censored] and just tell me that I ran out of minutes. This is not the way to do business even if you are providing a service to low income people. Just because we're low income does not mean that we don't deserve the same level of respect and care as someone that's paying a $400 a month bill to a regular cell phone company provider.

Desired outcome: Properly educate the customer service reps to behave with knowledge and not just smoke and mirrors

Assurance Wireless Unlimited plan

I erroneously applied for the unlimited plan forgetting you can only have one. I need the EBB plan at home as it drives many devices. I have called the company 3x to have my plan changed back to the 10000 min/ulim text/4.5G data. Each time they tell me it has changed, and each time I check it is back on the unlimited plan. They are committing FRAUD by not carrying out my wishes. I am unable to change back to the other plan as their is no option on their site to do that online. The new provider for this service is to blame. I NEVER had a problem like this when Sprint was the provider. I want back on the old plan and do not want to have to make another fruitless call. A waste of time and a stressor. If this change is not done, I will contact the FCC about this fraud.

Desired outcome: To be put back on my 1000 min plan with unlim text and 4.5G of data.

Assurance Wireless Lifeline service

For 2 years I have.been calling telling them to deactivate an account that I did not authorize which they tell me they can't because I don't know the pin to an account I didn't authorize I speak to a supervisor if it was and he tells me to wait 30 days at this point I am frustrated and want to sue for keeping an account open for so long then not closing or after I've reported it numerous times

Assurance Wireless Assurance wireless customer service

The help service is out of the Philippines and it's usually the same lady I get every time. She does everything she can to try to get you upset. She won't say anything until you do so she can cut you off. She won't tell you if she is working on the problem. Says she fixed but didn't. Hangs up on you. And any other thing she can to upset you. She should be fired! I have tried to work with her at least 10 times. She says her name is Mel sometimes then other times she says her name is sweet. She has hung up on me at least 8 times. I know she is doing this to other customers because I have tried so hard to work with her. It's like she hates American's or something. I know she is costing the company customers. I have also ask to speak to someone else and she refused to. I'm done with her and the company.

Assurance Wireless The phone they sent me umx I talked to don't know what they are doing.. Been given false info.. A lot...

I am getting annoyed with this company.. My old 3g phone was going out.. They sent me a umx phone.. 4g.. Signal strength not good.. Keeps breaking up.. Can' t talk at all to people sometimes.. Called them again.. First time. Woman says.. It's umx.. Bad phones.. We will send you a winkler phone.. Never got it.. They sent another umx... Then I get a text if I don't return the old phone they will end my service.. I talked to another woman who said they were getting new phones.. Better phones.. Like samsung.. Then they tried doing a reset.. Tried a factory reset.. Tried the # thing.. Tried a refresh. Nothing worked.. Everytime I call they just say... We'll send you a new phone...? I tried talking to a supervisor today.. No one responded. No call back.. As I wanted.. My phone is [protected].. I am tired of dealing with this incompetent company...

Assurance Wireless Inability of service to listen, tell the truth, solve a problem, and treat customer with respect.

I have a u693cl phone. I like the phone as it is light and I can use it. I am old and not good with technology so to have a light phone so I can hold it as I have medical problems and can not use a phone with weight. It is small in size and that is also a good fit for me due to my needs. Most of the smart stuff can be turned off and that is a must for me as I do not need it or want it. All I want is to be able to make calls and receive calls and email no text, facebook, paying systems ect.

In July 2021 I got a letter saying I was being switched over to T-Mobile and would need to update my phone. So I called the number on the letter and asked what do I need to do.

Woman told me they would send me a new phone. I explained I need the same phone for the reason I put above. The woman told me no problem it was on the way. Well that was LIE NUMBER 1.

A week later I get a phone twice as big and heavy that it is not even the same brand or model I was promised. It must weigh 3 pounds and it is twice the size of what I have. Three is no way I can hold it.

So I called and explained and was told the woman I spoke to lied to me that they cannot send out specific phone. I again explained there is no way I could use this new phone I need what I had. All I got for all my trouble was oh well to bad for you that you were lied to and you got a phone you cannot use. I ask if I could purchase a phone from them was told flat out no, LIE NUMBER 2 (they sell them on the website) ask what about just sending me a new SIM card to make my phone work on the T-Mobile system answer NO. LIE NUMBER 3

Asked to speak to supervisor and he was put out he had to talk to me and let me know it. He was rude and told me he had no idea why the woman lied to me and if I did not like the new phone I cannot use I could take my business elsewhere. That I should feel lucky they sent me a new phone at all and if I cannot use it that is my problem. I told him I did not want the new phone send a return label and you can have it back I cannot use it; it is no good to me. He said fine and hung up.

Ok that made it clear Assurance Wireless does not care about its customers or if it keeps them. So I looked into who else will take lifeline and found Safelink. I called them asked if I could keep my phone and explained the reasons why I wanted to and they were more than happy to look up the info on the phone and see if it would work on the tracphone system and it will. So I figured when I got home from vacation middle of August I would apply with them and be done with assurance wireless.

While on vacation I get an email from Assurance wireless that says I need to move over to T-Mobile and all I need to do is call and they will send me a new SIM card. Funny when I asked that I was told no way no how cannot happen.

So when I got home a week later I called and spoke to a woman and she asked me for my phone number and said a new SIM card was in the mail. I asked more than once to make sure it was for the UMX u693cl and not the phone I was sending back. She assured me it was for the UMX phone, I had nothing to worry about. I then asked again for the return label so they can have the phone that I cannot use back. She told me just to take the phone and put it in a FedEx drop box. I said without a label on it how was FedEx going to know who it belongs to or where it was going to go. She then agreed to send me a return label.

Five days later I get to shoe size boxes from them. I open both one has a letter size envelope in it with instructions that I should put the phone, cable, book in the original packing that is a box that measures box 5"x7"x3" into this letter size envelope. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to know a box 5x7x3 will not fit into a letter envelope. In the 2nd shoe size box was a paper brochure and a item that is the size of a gift card that was the new SIM card.

So I opened my phone put the SIM card in and call the phone number to activate it. Spoke to an other woman who had me do a factory reset and just kept trying to hurry me off the phone. After putting the new SIM card in and factory reset the phone will not work at all. Can not make any calls at all and now it says it is a 3G. The day before it had been 4G. So the woman says do not worry she is going to do something on her end it will take an hour and she will call me right back. LIE NUMBER 4.

Two hours later still no phone call back and my phone is now a paper weight. So I call Assurance Wireless again. This time the woman that answers say hold on and 20 minutes later I realize she did not put me on hold but hung up on me. So I call again. This time I get a man. He at least did something as he had me put read all kinds of number to him from inside the phone and on the new SIM card. Then he tells me it seems that the new SIM card is for the phone I am trying to send back and will not work because it is not ever for my phone. He then tells me he will just send me a new phone and it will be the same model I have that I can use. Is this LIE NUMBER 5 or did the supervisor back a few weeks ago that told me they have no way of shipping specific model phones out lie to me? I very nicely tell him no offence but I do not believe him and how I had been told all that before and all the problems I have been having. He said he would even give me his name and he was not lying to me. He had me put my old SIM card back in and at least I have a phone while I await to see if he lied to me or not.

So them I was asked to take a survey about Assurance Wireless. Question 1 would you recommend to other NO. Question 2. how happy are you with service answer NOT AT ALL. Then it asked me to hold on to speak to someone about why I am not happy. I get a woman who tells me she is going to help me to change my answers to the survey. Are you kidding me? I told her everything from day one and her answer was it is up to me if I want to order a SIM card or not.

This is where LOST IT. I asked if she was listening to me at all because they sent me a SIM card for the wrong phone, that I was registering a complaint. She said ok and when I asked her to read back my complaint to make sure it is right she hung up on me.

So this is the bottom line Assurance Wireless has the WORST IF ANY customer service around. They have no problem with the staff hanging up on customers and out right lying to them. The employees do not even listen to what the customer is saying and they could care less. The service cannot even seem to handle simple things like sending a return label for a box. Yet they have no problem wasting money on shipping good size boxes with items that would fit in a letter envelope. The supervisors seem to care less than the employee's under them. They will even tell you to go away. The government is finding Assurance wireless to paying people to treats its customers like dirt and there is no way to complain about it. They should be help accountable.

Desired outcome: MY phone to work and for Allow its employees to treat people the way they do. That the employees be held accountable. For the lies, hang ups, and lack of service.

Assurance Wireless My cell unlimited service

I filled out the application online I got the phone on 6/30/21 and was told when I did to activate it right away so I did and the customer service rep that I spoke with said I was elligable for the ublimited plan gave me a number to call he said follow the recording prompt and in about 7 days I will recieve a cxonfrimation says my plan change its now 7/13/'21 and 15 calls made to assurance wireless and still no unlimited service I was hung up on told a bunch of different things just to still be without any internet access cause my unlimited service isnt being activated but supposedly each person had fixed the problem and It will be activated in 2 hours or by 3oclock one person said they were going to call me to expidite my service and never did the first call I made you guys paid for some service until my unlimited plan kicked in in 24 hours this is messed up and I am really unhappy withthe way I have been passed around to one after the other and I will get to the bottom of this. what kind of free service is this I thought it was to make peoples lives easier not be a pain in the [censored] im gonna let this month run out and I will pay for my service [censored] this

Assurance Wireless My phone died, less than 1 year old, was guaranteed for a year.

Been with Assurance Lifeline for a couple years. Recently, my phone died, tho it is less than 1 year old and is supposedly guaranteed for a year.
Both customer service numbers are utterly useless and have hung up on me repeatedly for several days with NO HELP. and no human connection at all.
Like most, I REALLY NEED a PHONE and would appreciate one that works, as soon as possible.
I will need to find another company really soon.
Would Assurance like to help me get a replacement phone as promised?

Assurance Wireless Phone ability

I purchased a Samsung from Assurance wireless about a year and a half ago. It has all the criteria needed for there service but they are telling me I can not use the phone and have to use the new one they sent me. However the new one they sent is garbage. Besides I paid them 200.00 for the one I bought from them I should still be able to use it?
When I contacted them the person on the phone said I could use either phone and it would work. The lady today told me I could as well and then told me something different and then changes her story again.
I just want to be able to have a phone that works and that's the one i purchased. If there not going to let me use my Samsung then please unlock it so I can give it to someone that can use it. Also A phone that works would be nice. This new one is slower than a snail and I haven't even put any apps on it yet.

Desired outcome: Unlock phone/let mew use old phone/ sent phone that works
