I bought a registration for an emotional support animal, but they told me it was for a Service animal. The paperwork they sent me is no good. I tried calling them many times, but they never answer the phone. The message just says to call back later and then hangs up. I can't fix my problem. They just took my money and sent me fake paperwork.

They said they could fix it, but I gotta email their sister company Service Dog Outfitters 'cause they don't have their phone number. They also said I gotta buy a new vest 'cause they can't give me one. I emailed Service Dog Outfitters a bunch of times, but they ain't hit me back. I want my money back from both companies for the stuff I got.

This place is a total rip-off! They claim to be an official registry and charge you big bucks for a phony ID card that ain't even legit. I got dinged by the cops in Montreal when I flashed my card, and when I called these jokers to cancel and get my money back, they hung up on me! Then they tried to charge me even more on my credit card, but thank goodness it got declined. I had to go through PayPal to get my refund, and now I'm taking these crooks to court for selling me a fake ID that got me in trouble. And get this - the registration number they gave me was a total fake too! What really ticks me off is that they're preying on people with disabilities who might not know any better. Don't waste your time or money on these scammers!
