Placed an order at 11:15 PM. The following morning at 7:15 AM I sent an email because I realized that the color of the blanket that my husband ordered was incorrect. He did not realize it when he made the purchase. We are disappointed and frustrated that the company refused to change the order or provide a return shipping label to allow us to exchange the item. Additionally, there is no phone number to contact a live person and we requested on several occasions to have a supervisor call concerning the situation.
In August, 2019, I emailed several questions to the company's website and now i realize that all their answers were either evasive or downright lies.
The website states that the bed's cover can be washed and dried. Since it is made in China, of course you would want to wash it immediately since Chinese fabrics are notoriously toxic. After a 26-minute wash, the cover tore apart and stuffing inside was not cotton (as told), but a dreadful synthetic. The fabric was so thin and cheap that i could not restitch it.
Interestingly, i left the torn bed on the floor overnight and none of my 3 cats or 3 dogs would go near it, and you know that cats always have to sit on something new. This is a toxic mess.
I emailed asking for a refund. They have refused, saying that "thousands of happy customers" have never had this problem. This company is not legit.
