Refusal to refund money
I've been waiting on a refund from this company now for 3 months. Every time I call them they give me a different excuse. First 3 phone calls to this company they needed my banking info to direct deposit my refund to my account. The last time I contacted universal pet meds they were like we will add your credit card number and refund you within 5 business days that was 14 business days ago. Issue still not resolved. Terrible company to deal with

Will Not Accept Payment Other than Cheque and Lying about the reason
I was ready to order from Universal Pet Meds Canada as I had used them a few years back and found the service to be excellent. My vet had faxed in the prescription when I realized the only payment method was a cheque or money order. I inquired about this and was told that credit card companies will not accept credit card payments from online pharmacies. Investigation revealed this to be incorrect. The lady on the phone could barely speak English and seemed mostly concerned about when I was going to send my cheque. Everything inside me is saying suspicious, possible fraud, and more. In this day and age no credit card payments, no e-transfers or debit. Plus up to 8 weeks to get the product versus 2 - 3 weeks from other online pharmacies that accept proper payment methods. I am concerned that I may send this company money and never see the product. They sure have changed in the past 5 years. Do I have a reason to be concerned?
Desired outcome: If I am to order from this company I want to pay by credit card.
there method of paying
This website's only method of paying is by cheque's, that's right you read that correctly cheque's.
Seriously no credit cards, interact, PayPal, e c.. just cheque's
I don't know why they even have a website if they aren't going to utilize the services that the internet provides.
Don't bother with this site not only do you have to pay by cheque but it will take 7-10 days to deliver after they get your cheque in the mail so your looking at a minimum of 2 weeks before you will get your order even though the actual facility is only 1.5 hours from my location lol.
This is just a joke in my opinion, just stay clear.
