When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to see that the Velcro badges were smeared and the ID card didn't have my dog's picture - just a black square. The wording on the ID cards was also blurred and faded, making it hard to read.

I paid over $100 for this service, and I have to say that the quality and customer service were very disappointing. It's frustrating that I couldn't get ahold of anybody to address my concerns.

Lulu is a natural at her job and her training has been a breeze. She knows all the basic commands and is always on alert to let us know when we need to check our sugar levels. She won't stop until we do! It's amazing how she can smell the odor that diabetics give off and alert us to take action.

Usa service dogs is a really good organization. I ordered their stuff and it came real quick. The jacket, collar and leash are real strong and show off my male Boston Terrier as a service dog. The ID cards come laminated and fit real good in my wallet. My dog loves wearing his Service Dog jacket. It is comfy for all times. The bright red color of the jacket with white Service Dog writing stands out so we are seen real easy which is a real good safety thing. Best value for my dog and me.

I recently purchased a service dog cape from usaservicedogs.org for my furry friend. While the quality of the product seemed professional, I did have a bit of trouble with the fit. The cape did not seem to fit my dog properly and needed a second securing strap near the rear of the cape. Unfortunately, the moment my dog laid down, the cape came forward nearly over her head and she chewed the only securing strap into as well as one corner of the cape. It was a bit disheartening, but I'm sure with a little bit of tweaking, it will fit just fine.

One thing that I found a bit confusing was the number of cards that came with the cape. I couldn't understand the need for so many of them. Are they something that most folks ask for when you expose your dog to areas that dogs are seldom allowed to enter? The dog tag on the chain is that something that the dog owner handler is supposed to wear? I should think the identifying I D Cards should be sufficient to identify that the dog is a registered service animal. Just a bit curious, sorry.

This card don't work, you need a letter from a doctor. Carolyn, the lady I talked to 'bout gettin' my money back, was super rude. I ain't never gonna use this service again.
