This card don't work, you need a letter from a doctor. Carolyn, the lady I talked to 'bout gettin' my money back, was super rude. I ain't never gonna use this service again.

But after contacting customer service, they quickly resolved the issue and sent me the collar. The collar and leash are of good quality and my service dog looks great in them. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. I also appreciated the information on the website about service dog laws and regulations. They don't make any claims about registering your dog or anything like that. They just focus on helping you get the right kind of dog for your needs.

And, speaking of needs, I was really impressed with the variety of services that USA Service Dogs offers. They've got everything from basic obedience training to more specialized training for things like mobility assistance, seizure response, and even diabetic alert. And, they seem to have a lot of experience working with people who have all kinds of disabilities, which is really important.

Now, I will say that the website could use a little work. I mean, there were a few typos and grammatical errors here and there. But, honestly, that's not a big deal to me. I'm more interested in the quality of the service than the quality of the website. And, based on what I've seen so far, I think USA Service Dogs could be a great option for anyone looking for a service dog.

I bought a pet carrier from USA Service Dogs (usaservicedogs.org) for when I travel on airplanes. I thought it would be perfect, but it turned out to be too big to fit under the seat. I was disappointed because I really needed it for my furry friend. When I tried to return it, I found out that I had to pay for the postage myself. The cost of the postage was more than half of what I paid for the carrier! I was upset because I didn't want to spend that much money just to return it. So, I decided to keep it and just use it for something else. It's a shame because I really wanted to use it for my pet, but it just didn't work out.
