I got false teeth back in 2019 I do belive and I wasnt happy with them I told them exctaly what I wanted done and they said yea not a problem but they never did it they jsut gave me regualy false teeth I wanted implants that screw into the gums, so I told them to take the teeteh back and there saying that it been to long and I cant get a refund or anything...

Aspen Clinic cleaning and broken tooth

I went to Aspen dental for a broken tooth. They said they could fix it but needed to do a deep cleaning first. I was quoted a price for both. After they cleaned my teeth they hurt so bad I had to use Oar gel for months. They were sharp and were cutting my mouth. Then they wanted more money to fix the tooth, I went to another dentist and had the broken tooth taken out.
Then about 10 months later I went to another dentist and they told me that there was no way any one could have cleaned my teeth within the last year. Impossible!
I have paid them way more than I should have since they did not do what they said they were going to do. I do not think they should be able to do business this way.

Providers' missing one step

Concern rather than a complaint: Fully realizing it's the patient's ultimate responsibility to check first when seeing a second provider to determine if that provider is in the patient's insurance network, my suggestion is that each provider assist the patient by checking with the second provider named by the patient (or recommended by the first provider...
